Have fun!  At the baths, you will know if someone is interested in you if you catch them staring.  It may not be too obvious if the guy is shy but you can catch them taking glances.   Just dont be shy if you are also interested.  Stare back!

Haha I was reading the reviews on this and it seems to have quite a lot of negative ones. Will probably check both out if I still have time in my upcoming trip.

dont expect a real gay sauna with private cubicles, maze, dark room

dont expect modern or high end spa like facilities

 

it is just a very cheap (600yen) and very old public bath that is almost exclusively gay

Been there but find it too bright and literally no private space to have fun haha. 

 

Should try out GHO at dotonburi.. the fun gets quite out of hand especially after office hours very different from the glory hole bar I tried at ueon in Tokyo. Only con is no shower area but they have sink, mouthwash and hot towel to clean up. Pricing at 1500 yen unless u are above 55yo

Just got back from Tokyo and had a surprisingly good run, 5 connections in 6 days. Didn’t speak the language, but still managed just fine.

 

Hit up a few cruisy spots (you probably know the ones), and honestly, just being present and patient worked wonders. Japanese guys tend to be a bit shy at first, but once the comfort level builds, things can progress naturally. No need for words, but subtle body language and a positive vibe were more than enough.

 

If you’re respectful, open, and know how to read the room, Tokyo can definitely be full of quiet surprises.

24 Kaikan Shinjuku is 20 minutes from Tokyo station via train according to Google maps.

Went to body breath in my recent trip to Tokyo. Read many bad reviews about the rude staff and a few were denied from entering. Just to try my luck so I went on a Wednesday around 4pm and I placed 2,000 Yen (thought the entrance fee was 1,500 yen) at the counter, the guy in the counter took 1.000 Yen and returned the 1,000 Yen with a locker key while speaking to me in Japanese. I just kept it and din ask anything as I did not want to let him know that I was a foreigner and it was my first time there.

The place was rather small and the maze area especially near the entrance had a stench but walking further into the area, the smell was not as bad. I noticed that most of the Japanese are shy and they avoid eye contact. If they dun reject or move away when you touch them, it means they r alright or interested. Or at least this was what my experience was. The  crowd only started to flow in after 5.30pm.
Interestingly, there weren’t many foreigners on that night. Overall, it was an experience but I probably would not want to go again.

Trip report.  Tokyo / 24 Kaikan Ueno

 

Went on a weekday late afternoon, thursday around 4pm.  Read about the bad receptionist but gathered my courage to go in anyway.  It was quite a walk from the station (inaricho) and it was in a relatively quiet neighborhood.  I chose this because of its reputation for japanese daddies and bears who are coincidentally my type of men and the demographic i belong to.  

 

Its the usual routine for these kinds of places (take off shoes, use 10 yen coin on the white colored lockers, lock and go to the counter) The receptionist wasnt some grumpy screaming old dude, it was just a normal but older soft spoken dude.  You deposit the shoe keys along with your payment(3900jpy!) and the receptionist will give you a locker key, and two towels; one big one small.  

 

The place is quite clean and if I remember correcly, reception on the 2nd floor, lockers on the 3rd, bathing area 4th, cruising 5th and 6th, private rooms 7th and up, Gym 10th and rooftop.  There are sinks and drinking fountains on the cruising floors.  The bath was full of people when i went so I wasnt able to go take a dip.  The steam room is a very dim room with a sprayer on the ceiling emulating rain.  You are only given one set of towels, the smaller one to use in the wet areas and the bigger one to cover yourself.  There are warnings that you will be charged if a towel is missing.  

 

The cruisng area is very interesting!  There are no private rooms and no locks on the rooms.  The place is teeming with daddies and bears of all shapes and sizes.  There were probably around 30 people in there but a lot of them stayed in the baths.  Around 10 were in the cruising spaces.  These guys are shy!  They will only try to touch you if you pass by.  

 

One of the rooms had 6 bunk beds in the middle.  Several had cushions on the floor.  One older guy was receiving a blowjob while trying to "sleep" on the bunk bed.  It was such a skillfully done blowjob that the receiver was moaning and writhing in pleasure.  The sounds he made caused some people to gather including me.

Trip Report: Fukuoka / Booster

 

Went here because this place was advertised as a space for middle aged dudes and their admirers.  There is an age limit up to 49 but i dont think they care.  When you go in, the receptionist will put a piece of sign on the table with the age rage and price.  You point out where you belong and pay the fee.  i think its 2k jpy for 40-49. the price is lesser for other age groups. There is no need to speak to the receptionist.  There is a theme every night and it was underwear day on friday when I went.  The crowed definitely skewed younger/normal body types and there were older people scattered about.  The older and thinner guys were ignored mostly though.  And as usual, the guys are shy and will only try to touch you when you go in.  

 

The place is a mess.  Its confusing and there are a lot of lockable private rooms where moans can be heard.  Its unlikely that someone is doing it out in the open.  Its a bummer for me who really likes to watch.

 

Condoms and lube are provided in these areas.  You need to be careful in some areas if you are tall as some obstacles are low.  They have sex swings in there but I havent seen anyone use it.  

 

Oh,  hahaha.  I heard two people talking in one of the open rooms.  Most likely Singaporean/Malaysian because of the singlish accent.  They were talking about prep and safety.  I could hear their voices from far away.

 

The place was memorable for me though.  A first happened.  While it was memorable, i dont think I will come back.  There were definitely some weirdos there.  There was one who would approach anyone and pinch their nipples really hard.  Another one smelled like urine.  There are only two showers and there is sometimes a line to use it.  I found it also odd that people were bringing their phones inside the porn lounge area.  They were not actively taking pictures but its always a possibility.  

 

I stayed at the apa hotel mentioned in gayifers for fukuoka and it was not accurate. 

There were more people in the apps on the other nearby APA.  Also, I was reading bakusai for cruising ideas in Fukuoka and the people there are nasty.  Theres a lot of age/size discrimination, insults and other shit flinging words.

Anybody here been to Nagoya?  How was the gay scene there?  Not much info available online.  There are some info on gayifiers but Id like to know of other places worth going.

Trip Report: Nagoya

 

Nagoya has 2 facilities that are open to me.  I do not qualify for the third one due to age and body type restrictions.

 

The first one I went to was Sauna New Kanayama.  Its dated and a bit run down but clean enough.  One floor is reception and lockers.  Upstairs from the reception is the bath, sauna and hot/cold pool.  The sauna is actually nice and its the first time ive seen people lie down in a sauna.  Third floor is the cruising area with no private banging rooms.  The rooms on this floor have varying degrees of darkness and one was totally dark.  I like the idea that there are no lockable rooms since im a voyeur.  The people there skewed older around 40's up with a few scattering of 20's and 30's.  There are also really older gents there and they were mostly ignored.  There was a lot of walking around and searching.  Some would start having sex and people will surround to take a look.  Went on a thursday and saturday and both nights had a decent crowd.  Google maps says it was not busy but there were quite a bit of people inside.  No lube is provided (its for sale) and you have to ask for condoms.  What I hated about the facility is that smoking is allowed indoors in the reception floor and in the hallways of the 2nd floor.  Some of the guest there are visibly irritated because they are being ignored.  One older guy held on to me with a very tight grip and tried to get me to bed.  He let go when i pried his fingers with force.  

 

I witnessed a threesome with a guy being fucked missionary style while the top was also being fucked doggie style.  oof.  Its gonna haunt me in my dreams. 

 

The second one was called Corona Club.  Its a bit of a walk form the nearest train station.  This is actually a hotel with bathing facilities and some rooms converted into cruising spaces.  When I went in, I was asked to pick a robe color... Red if I preferred younger and blue if I preferred older.  I chose blue since I preferred guys my age but to my surprise, 90% of people there were wearing red.    It felt awkward so I just took off my robe and wrapped my towel on my waist.  The age range definitely skewed older, so much more than the other sauna.  There was a password protected room for under 30 guys and I didnt get to go in.  The place allows crossdressers and some rooms have signs saying they are not allowed in.  There are also no private rooms unless you are staying for the night.  There were a lot of guys there when I went on a Friday night.  Some younger guys would venture out from their little password protected hiding spot and into the wild.  The crossdressing rooms definitely had more action.  There were no condoms and lube provided.. I think theyre sold at reception as it was laid out like a combini.  There was a lone white foreigner and he was ignored.  All the rooms were very dark and its hard to see if the guys are attractive or not.

 

What ive noticed is that even with action happening (in both places), the participants are very quiet.  They muffle their orgasms and it was painful to watch as someone who moans a lot.  

 

I stayed at the APA mentioned in gayifiers.  There was some cruising going on at the sento near midnight to closing.  Ive seen people attach the key on the ankle but Its the staring game the seals the deal.  

 

Oh god, I have turned into a sex tourist.
