Angiokeratoma_of_the_Scrotum_2.jpg

Check on internet. They are harmless. Is still unknown what causing it.

I have been searching online for remedies. Some people using soldering iron and paper clip to zap it. Some people using differin gel.

Anyone got any advices?

The only good advice is to go to a doctor and let him (or her) handle it. Don't avoid doing so because of the cost. Getting your scrotum healed is worth the price.

It's called angiokeratoma of fordyce

A genetic defect, but harmless

Usually removed for cosmetic purposes

Treatment options

1. Electrocautery ('laser')

2. Cryotherapy ('freezeburn')

3. Excision ('cut')

Basically almost the same concept with soldering with iron or zapping but please get a professional to do it before you need your u salvageable testicles removed

Local application ie creams/gels are of no proof of treatment

If you want to get it removed

Please consult a dermatologist, not an aesthetician

Any lesion/spots on the skin more than 6mm please get yourself to the doctor

See the attached Glasgow 7 pt checklist for melanoma20171019_002850.png.bed9fb9be2e027d096ac30a58db01c6e.png

Can try massage with body cream on and around the spots.  They won't disappear immediately but will turn smaller and lighter in shade.  Better even if cock, balls and anus are also massaged.  I am not talking about masturbating.  Just press and spread all over the area.  This promotes better blood flow resulting in these spots becoming less prominent over a long period of regular treatment.  Please report the success/failure in one or two months  of daily rubbing.

That’s the right way to handle such cases. Don’t believe those remedies online. Some are just nonsense and not test proven.

That's what most of the online people were saying. The doc cant do anything and it is harmless...and that's how people took things in their own hands cause going for dermatologist is not cheap.

Anyone knows where can i receive cryotherapy? ie. liquid nitrogen. I want to do it on my face for sun spots, not on scrotum. Laser is expensive and not effective.
