If you look closely at the screenshot, the customer texted me at 9.53am and wanted a slot at 10.30am. I counter offered to do for him at 11am; but that did not suit him. Normally, I leave a gap 30mins between massage; but sometimes I need to be nimble and flexible, in order not to lose any potential customers. The shortest turned around is 15mins so that the customer before and can have a shower without hurrying. In real life, customers do not line up one after another with a 30min between each session. Two interesting things to note about this screenshot. Mondays to Fridays between 12pm to 7pm is my peak period, because many of my customers are married men or have girlfriends; so, their evenings and weekends are unavailable. It's quite frustrating that at least 10 times a month, I have customers wanting slots that overlapped each other. Also, because they have a narrow window of availability; very often after the massage they are heading for another business meeting or need to return to their office. Within 15 minutes this regular customer texted to cancel his appointment due to some work commitments; like most of my married customers he tries to squeeze in a massage between 1 to 7pm. It is no secret, and I don't deny it either; I am specialized in providing sensual massage.
