Slowly but surely. i noticed one some weeks, Priyan’s program for beginners and essential classes are pretty challenging. Can all the student cope? Just curious. About $60 for 10 classes I find it helpful as it brings back to basic better posture and flexibility. I'll try out other yoga studios sometime next year after YTT to see how different instructors conduct their classes. And I finally gotten my very first yoga mat from sugarmat. LOL.
