[fraser]

hi all... anybody encountering pain during anal sex and then bleeding at the ass after anal sex? is anal sex always painful? is there a propper way to avoid pain during anal and bleed after anal?

Plz help... love anal but the pain and the bleeding is unbearable...

[Guest Guest]

do some fingering w lots of lube will help. must learn to relax even if it is painful. some ass are loose so they can be poked anytime unlike some of us..tight hole =)

[silversailorduo]

I'll speak from experience.

1. Get him to rim you first. So make sure your ass is clean. Go flush your rectum with water.

2. Get him to finger you. Or you can finger yourself.

3. Use lots of lubricant. KY Jelly works best for me. Not too wet, not too sticky, and doesn't dry up too fast.

4. (Key) Get him to lie down, face up, dick up, squat over his cock and slowly lower yourself down on him. Ask him not to move or thrust.

You control when you want to go down further, when to pause. Its like masturbating. You call the shots.

5. Consciously relax your sphinter muscles. Google "sphincter" or "PC Muscle" if you don't know what I'm talking about.

There's always blood when you do anal. I know I do. Thats why you must ALWAYS use a condom.

Try a vibrational dildo first before you head for the real thing.

[Guest mango]

no it shouldn't bleed.. is dangerous if it bleeds.. use lots of lube

[Guest beefybym]

I guess that top has quite a big and hard dick and is pretty rough. Get your top to be gentler especially on the start of the first penetration. Else change your top bah.

Hi.

For anal pain or wound, you can use the ointment Preparation H. It is effective for haemorrhoids, piles and minor wounds.

Hi Bluebell.

Just for your info. I am a nurse of 6 yrs in an acute hospital.

Well it is highly recommended to see your doctor for the right diagnosis of your anal problems. Then it is easier to treat your symptoms.

Is the bleeding fresh blood (red) or stale blood ( blackish)?

If fresh blood, then might be because of anal tear or piles....see doctor immediately if large volume of blood.

If stale blood, might be bleeding in stomach/small intestine....go see doctor immediately.

If your bleeding and pain is caused by anal tear/fissure, you could tell the doctor that u had bad constipation and the hard stool/faeces tear your anal wall while you were trying to pass motion.

If your bleeding and pain is caused by haemorrhoids or piles, then there's no need to explain to the doctor much. Its self explanatory. U can also mention about constipation as a cuse for your problem if u want to.

According to the severity of your problem, if u have piles or haemorrhoids, the doctor might suggest symptomatic treatment or if very severe have to go for surgery.

However, most times not so severe.

For symptomatic treatment, the doctor might prescribe you with: 1) Proctosedyl ointment ( for anal pain, swelling etc); 2) Proctosedyl suppository (must insert inside your anus); 3)Laxative ( for you fake constipation). Will ask you to drink plenty of water too.

Home treatments

You can try OTC (over the counter) treatments if you dun want to see the Dr yet:

Some good anal ointments are: 1) Preparation H ointment (preferable) 2) Anusol ointment

If all the treatment does not work, then go see your doctor as above.

Well I used to have anal fissures/tears, for me the OTC ointments are good for temporarily relief of my symptoms. But the best is still proctosedyl (Only can be prescribed by doctor). It contains an anti-inflammatory agents ( for swelling), anaesthetic agent for pain, antibiotic for infection.

So far i dun have any more bleeding or pain.

Lastly, if u are having anal sex:

Some tips: 1) Use considerable amount of lubricant ( preferably water based)

2) Suggest your partner to rim/finger u first to make u relax ur anal wall/muscles

3) Train your anus with dildos/butt plugs

That's all for now.

All the above are just suggestions/alternative treatments for you. If you still have doubts, then go see your doctor as recommended.

Take care and have safe, painless fun.

[Guest bluebell]

is better to tell the truth to the doctor , some time a oath is require. cause by a 8 inch cock without protection and cause by a hard stool is 2 different thing,8 inch cock ? yr anal need blood test. hard stool is only constipation . blood need to be tested for HIv

[orochi98]

Not necessary to tell your doctor about it. If you want to test for HIV. You can go anonymously to DSC Kelantan polyclinic for test done by AFA volunteers. Can chck their website for details.

http://www.afa.org.sg/anonymous.asp

Everyone should go for testing at least 3 to 6 mths after unprotected sex. Be safe not sorry. And be responsible too.

Cheers.

Ok Some other recommended activities to try before and after anal sex:

Before:

1) Bathe/wash your ass with warm water - this will help u relax your muscles so u won't be tensed up

2) While bathing, finger yourself first.

3) Can soak in a warm bath in bathtub too (Optional: can use Epsom Salts for more relaxing effect).

4) Get a sensual massage best if use essential oil like ylang ylang - natural aphrodisiac

5) Burn aromatherapy oils like ylang ylang, sandalwood, or bergamot to the room - these are aphrodisiac aromas to make you relax or high

6) Do kegel exercises that is squeeze and relax your PC and anal muscles for about 3-5 mins

After:

1) warm showerand spray your ass gently with warm water - help to reduce the swelling/soreness from being fxxked too long

2)Warm bath in bathtub and soak your ass (can use Epsom salts too for a sitz bath like effect)

3) Get a sensual massage as above

4) Do kegel exercises also - to maintain your anal tone and tightness

For dildo/butt plug:

1) Use the appropriate size - smaller size like 3-5 inch for beginners/tight asses 6-7 inch for intermediate and 8 inch and above for advanced/experienced

Just ensure that u are comfortable with the dildo/butt plug.

2) for added pleasure u can use the vibrating or rotating ones

3) If you have butt plug, can just sleep with it overnight without removing it. This will help to "train" your asshole to accomodate according to the specific size

I hope that the info is helpful. If anyone else knows other suggestion can also contribute.

Take care and have safe, pain free fun.

Your friendly nurse,

Isaac

Can people who have piles or haemorrhoids have anal sex?

[orochi98]

Can people who have piles or haemorrhoids have anal sex?

Yes they still can have anal. However if it is still bleeding then better don't and pls use condoms if u still insist of doing it.

For the pain, u can use lignocaine gel (can be bought at Guardian or other pharmacy) for lubrication and temporarily relief of pain.

Otherwise if no pain and no bleeding go ahead and do it. But not too often or too rough though.

The best way to get rid of it is surgery.

if we were to op of surgery to remove it, can we do anal sex after that? or will our anal muscle will be weaker and stuff?

i dont need a dildo if i have a cute boyfriend like you

Of course you can still do it after surgery. However best to let your anus rest for about 2 weeks before you start. the muscle will not be affected at all. To strengthen it, perform kegel exercises daily 3-5mins 2 to 3 times a day.

I will go soft if i see bleeding at my partner's ass. I might have problems get it up again even my partner washed off his blood....wonder why...

u should be able to feel it(ass tissue) tear... usually the "tearing" is experienced during the initial penetration.. the bleeding is normally only realised after sex when u wash up and clean dry with a towel or tissue...

[Guest Rrp]

Sometimes we both enjoyed rough fxxking for too long till I did not feel the tear. The next day thought it was just the usual soreness. But a few days later felt very painful and got blood come out. Very scared maybe kenna sex disease even though use condom.

No choice go see doctor tell him got hammeroids. He use scope that looked like very short dildo to look inside and found nothing.

Then he scolded me for lying because he may believe me and do the wrong medication. Damn embarrassing to tell this young doctor that I got fxxked for more than an hour till got tear.

His eyes wide in disbelief. Anyway simple cream apply few days cured already.

I will go soft if i see bleeding at my partner's ass. I might have problems get it up again even my partner washed off his blood....wonder why...

Sometimes I meet tops who purposely say, "kan kao li karchng kui hui" - fxxk until your hole wide open like flower.

Actually they mean they want to see blood. Of course it is not easy to bleed when I am not exactly tight virgin. Only way is to fxxk long long. This is where the condom is to the top's advantage. It protects his cock like a 2nd skin but turn sticky with ky that tend to dry. Okay, I know saying this will freak out some men here but some bottoms like me can really secrete some anal water when stimulated by the right top. The easiest way to check if the bottom can do that is to use little lub and then watch how much that little amount of lub can be churned into a wet and slick hole wetting the cock thoroughly. I know this is supposed to be a woman's thing but a straight top told me it is the arse's natural reaction to lubricate the internal matter for a smooth discharge. Otherwise we will all be bleeding from hard stool.

If u r not a natural bottom, u better get the lub ready to add more for oiling the action. But then u should also be careful of the top who keep using tissues to wipe dry the action zone. He may or may not be intentionally wanting more friction and will likely cause bleeding if he suddenly speed up like jack rabbit fxxking.

I learned this the hard way when I realised this straight fxxk buddy seems to get me to bleed quite regularly. Needless to say I enjoyed his very long and vigorous action and only got to know it when he lovingly used tissues to wipe for me and then showed me the very faint blood stains. I thought it was caused by too much heavy action which we both enjoyed.

It was only much later when we no longer have sex ( he got married) that he told me how he did it. All along I thought he only wanted to wipe me clean everytime he paused which was quite thoughtful of him. It was his fetish to see "virgin" blood though of course I was far from being virginal

May be his ass still tight, fxxk a few more times to make it loose.

[Guest right]

sometimes it helps if the bottom is drunk

[tic-toc]

maybe he got piles now.

[tokiwado]

If your btm didn't have this issue in the past and it only surfaced recently, it would wise to get him to visit a doctor to do a check up.

[townguy]

exactly how hiong are you?

[castaway]

Based on my experience, it depends on the TOP guy whether he knows how to enter :swear: ... and also the bottom's horny degree

[cock brand]

Based on my experience, it depends on the TOP guy whether he knows how to enter :swear: ... and also the bottom's horny degree

But whats your conclusion????

[Guest Guest]

prolong foreplay....use one finger to insert then slowly increase to two...three.....thing is to make him relaxed but get more horny.

[castaway]

But whats your conclusion????

In TOP point of view , he needs to discuss with that painful bottom which position that bottom prefers ... means in position he feels less painful .... :swear:

He needs to foreplay until the bottom looses his tenseness ... being drunk is just a fake feeling ... it makes the bottom in the position of being abused  while having sex is for both parties's satisfy :yuk:

If he doesn't mind, he can "rim" his bottom BUT I guess it is very rarely ...

In BOTTOM point of view, if it is painful, ..... better not to play it :yuk: ... find a good TOP ... or can join COCK's private class for personal training

[snowball]

maybe that day at that hour, he not too into get fxxk mood or he not that really hungry? lubricant play very important part, choose a good long lasting one, most top don't like or don't put much, sometimes do really hurt btm

I want to try getting ass-fxxked,

i already got my cock sucked once by a guy.

But i'm scared of the pain also. Haha.

[GachiMuchi]

Bottom ass feeling pain...could be due to :

1. Not enough foreplay

2. Not enough lubricant

3. Piles

4. Bottom's ass tear

5. Top too eager

6. Top too rough

How to not let the bottom feel pain during anal :

1. Lots of foreplay. Hugging, kissing, licking, riming, etc. helps.

2. Lubricant helps.

3. Position the bottom face down and enters from behind or any position with slow entry.

4. Inch your dick slowly so that the bottom gets use to the initial entry. If the bottom feel pain. Don't move, then inch again after a short pause.

5. Piston your dick in and out slowly until the bottom is accustom to your entry.

6. Pump away.

7. Try out various positions.
