HIV positive - Your identity (name, NRIC and etc etc info) will be submitted to MOH under Infection Diseases Act if your were tested positive in HIV after the confirmation test. That's y some people going to anonymous test site as no personal particular is needed to take the rapid test. Of course if really kena positive then they will advice you what to do next. STD positive - Will be reported to MOH also under IDA but no name, NRIC or personal details included. Only some demographic data will be submitted (gender , age and etc).
