Wearing nothing to sleep is normal to me.  If the situation does not allow nude, I’ll wear loose shorts.

As some people mentioned earlier, sleeping nude was distracting when I first attempted. This is because I did not grow up with it.  A cover of thin cloth can help to dissipate the distraction. The distraction diminished over time and nude is now normal and comfortable. I started to be always aware that wearing elastic to sleep was uncomfortable.  Why wear elastic when resting?
