Shorts/undies and tee at home. Nude when I travel - it’s one less item of clothing to pack. But if it’s winter travel, I’ll have a pair of sleeping pants at least.

It seems like i am the odd one, I wear long sleeve and pants pajamas with underwear to sleep in an aircon room.

If taking nap in the day no air con will be singlet and shorts (those SAF pt attire).

I did that before. 
It first started with sleeping naked during weekend duties.

Then… when I got more comfortable, I did it more regularly., but with blanket cos din want to have mosquitoes bites.

Yes, it does require changing bedsheets more often. I usually change my bedsheets once every 2 weeks or once a week if i sleep naked.
