Ashtanga yoga along Holland Village

Hi all,

 

I am setting up a home yoga studio along Holland Village focusing on Ashtanga yoga (Mysore-style), the traditional way. I am RYT500 certified who's dedicated to the spiritual practice of daily meditation and ashtanga yoga practice, since 2018. Also enjoys Yin yoga and reading.

Charges:

Private class: $50/session 
Group class: $20/session (minimum 2 to start)

(Each session last between 60 to 90 mins)

 

Ashtanga yoga follows a set of sequences which allow individuals to cultivate self-practice. The set sequence will allow you to focus on your own body, breath and movement. This is a beginner-friendly, multi-level class which allows practitioners of all ages to develop body awareness, breath awareness, and self-discipline overtime, achieving stillness in the mind while gaining strength and flexibility in the body.

There will be a beginner Ashtanga yoga group class tomorrow, 3 Feb, Saturday, from 3pm to 4pm along Holland Village. Bring please a towel for your sweat and another towel if you're taking a shower. Rate is at $20. Thank you!

Hi all,

I have revised the Ashtanga group classes schedule. It will be on every Wednesday 6.30pm to 8pm, and every Saturday 2pm to 3.30pm. Minimum two person to start the class, other wise it will be cancelled. You may book the classes first, hopefully there will be others who are free to join.
