The norm is for female part time helpers to be engaged for house cleaning services. How open are you to engage male helpers for similar services?

The gender of the cleaner would not affect my willingness to hire the cleaner.   It is the price and job spec that affects my choice. 

 

However, if I am in the mood for a naked cleaner (with benefits) in my house, I would choose a male cleaner.  😁

To be quite frank, I would be rather embarrassed to have a female clean my apartment.

Especially so since I have a B&B Gay Homestay Room, I don't think my guest would be 

pleased with a female going around tidying up the place, when he may have some adult

toys, lube, cok rings or dildos lying about in the bedroom as well as enema or douching

spray in the bathroom, or posters of the male form hanging about.

I have a Super-King sized bed and a King sized bed in my guest room, so I do need a

strong guy to assist me when I rotate my mattress quarterly so it wears evenly.

I feel there is a space for male cleaning services that the lgbt community could support.

However it is good to leave the professional cleaning to an expert since age is catching up for me.

Hiring a male house cleaner, I can just be my usual self at home throughout the cleaning. 

Time to engage one? 🤔

It’s not so easy as it sounds. 
My place, we had female part time cleaners to help us out w cleaning the house, toilet, and ironing before. 
Need to spend time teaching her. Part time cleaners do not stick w you for long. If you are lucky, 2 years. 
Some are good, some are lousy. The lousy one will anyhow do things while you are not watching, break your stuff and keep quiet, come late and quickly do so that she can go off on time, etc. 

After using several part time cleaners for some time, I have decided to clean the house myself and everyone in the house takes care of his/her respective room.

i would hire any male or female to clean up my place. first of all what is the expectation of the cleaning. the cleaner can wear what he or she wants. the job is to clean  up your place and do the essentials that u need. 

yes if u hired a female cleaner then u have to be respectful due to she is a female. u can be in your fav underwear and u cant be nude and your belongings have to be kept in the dark. example your toys . lube and so on.

if u hired a male cleaner yes u can be in your fav undies u can be nude and leave your toys around with the exception that he will use or not and your demands of what u want him to do. 

for me i have ever had a male cleaner to clean up my place in his undies {thong / G String} and he ensure that the house is clean before any other things could be done.

Female is better when doing cleaning. They very eye for detail n more. For male the flaws still not good enough unless u r bored just hired one then u just wear commando low waist boxer n shirtless n show him wear to clean at the same time seduce or flirt n see if he interested haha never ever force someone let them show u the signs they interested they closed deal 🤝 and 💦 haha

Well have to see on one self. if u have the mind and concept of cleaning just like me an a habitual cleaner. i dont like my place to be dusty or messy. so i always vacuum mop and clean the whole house. sometimes when i visit my parents place or my aunt their house is 90 percent messy so i help them clean up. i also do volunteer work at those old people houses with a crew of volunteer where we throw all their "treasures" and a clean up such as vacuum the floor mop the floor wash the windows wash the toilet sometimes a fresh new coat of paint as well

With a body like your avatar, the cleaning would be just an excuse to lure you into the house/apartment.

haha that is all depends on everyone expectation actually. but to be honest there are people who does honest cleaning and plus extra as well. like wise i know most people want to have "hot bod to clean their house" but to no avail due to these hot bod they rather have people to clean up their place. so usually the people who are cleaning are either chub cub stocky all these. but who cares also. the most important thing is u finished the cleaning u get paid and if u are lucky there extras

I did do a few gigs doing ad hoc cleaning. Of course, the implications of sex were well hinted. However, if you are the service provider, it is quite a bit of work with not a lot of pay.

 

Isolating just the house chores - if you feel good exploiting a guy because he needs some extra cash, sure. It takes 2 hands to clap. For any Singaporean or PR, it's not difficult to find minimum wage jobs anywhere in Singapore so to travel from one end of island for 1.5hrs to clean for less than $15/hr, one needs to be a sucker for punishment to do that.

 

If you look at the sex bit, how much is the going rate for moneyboy? Easily $150 onwards per hour. So, to pay someone $50, and then have sex for free, to be honest, you gotta have something that everyone else don't.

 

Again. It takes 2 hands to clap. Be thankful if the hand did not land on some face cheeks.

 

But it's the kink that counts right? Btw, the ads for masseur vacancy boasts up to 6k/mth. So before the small brain in the pants thinks too much, the math doesn't always add up.

 

However, I am a consenting adult. I agreed to what I agreed on, no regrets.

The market rate for cleaning is about $25/h. So if you are providing good service, feel free to charge higher. Maybe $45/h plus transport?

I was using some of the domestic helpers' rate as reference. Indeed, I was being "rebuffed" because my rate was higher than the domestic helpers'.

This is a different moan - freelance/ad hoc pay in sg is always lower than that of salary. 

 

In the more civilized nations, because freelancers have to bear the fixed costs, eg my mobile phone I use to login to register and find jobs (as opposed to company provide), transport, risk of last minute cancel / ghosting, off days (off days are included in the salaried calculations), etc, that adds up to reasonable cause to have provisions to cover such costs and risks.

 

Of course our great beloved "mom" and/or "grandMOM" has many concerns and one of them is ostentatiously forget the right to due payment for certain group of adults, which in turn fuel the general sentiment that it is ok to be mean since Im the boss (my apologies, have to use non-pointing finger to write, hence the no-good sense and tense).

 

It is actually quite diffucult to get rich on domestic helpers' salary and yet there is expectation to charge less than  salary because I was freelancer. On top of that, I am expected to offer my body as contribution....

 

I so want to think better of my fellow countrymen. Really. Truly.

calling for male person to do cleaning u have to discuss how much u wanna pay him and what are your conditions. i paid mine 100 for the whole house cleaning all he does is just vacuum and mop only and its like 1 or 2 times a month

Even at my advanced age I have never engaged anyone to clean my house.  I don't dirty so much that I need any help.  I'm curious to see how long I can maintain this independence.  Maybe when I am 90 will I need cleaning help?  Maybe at 100?  For the time being this issue does not warrant any thought from me.

They just do very light cleaning in my opinion . Good experience though cuz it is not your usual female cleaners.
