Not that difficult to find. When you get to the jacuzzi (cant miss), just turn left towards TV room and gym area. The TV room has a drink station and right next to it is a glass door leading to the smoking area.

Tried to visit KB after renovation yesterday around 4.30pm. somehow had left my KB member card at home. Looks like the owner more fuzzy nowadays. On last visits when did not bring the card , never made an issue, just had to pay some dollar extra but yesterday kept strict. Wanted me to register a new Member account, but did not and just went home.

 

Best to keep the Membership number somewhere.

I just don't understand how some people would begrudge the owner and people who runs and manage Keybox when they are doing the right thing by upholding the rights and  priveleges of other keybox members who have  done the right thing of being concientious and responsible to bring their membership cards before entering Keybox.

 

Other paying customers would like to be treated equally too, they entered with membership card , so should you.

 

If the management let u in without a careful screening , what if something bad happens, are u going to be as understanding and kind words for the owner and workers .

Went yesterday evening at around 7pm. My first time ever to Keybox. Gotta say though, the guy at reception has quite a pissy/unfriendly attitude. Turned me off for starters. The place was packed AF! Is it always crowded at Keybox? Hehe. It was great watching and salivating over the the hot and yet dao eye candies. Such a contrast to Tenmen. Facilities were awesome too. Though I am an acquired taste and wasn't much 'in demand', I'm thinking of going again tonight

But he could be friendlier, for sure. Last time he only rarely did the "entry cashier" job. Maybe lack of staff. Someone can tell him got Skills upgrading courses at Workforce Singapore,... (steps for customer retention/ happy customer / customer satisfaction in service line...)

The thing is, we do not even need for them to engage in small talk etc. At least a simple smile would suffice. Or even a greeting would be great. With that kind of sour face and tone of voice, it's such a bad start to a visit.

What matter most is the cleanliness and maintenance of the sauna.  Whether the counter staff smile or not don't really matter.  No point giving a big smile but not doing the cleaning properly.
