They erected (no pun intended 😅) a mezzanine floor at the corner of the building with a staircase of 11 steps to lead you upstairs. Isn't that what "spare a thought" means? Confined meaning only one area is wet with foam. Other areas are dry so everyone can choose to attend or not attend.
