This explains for me. To be honest, I don't know if there are any other bottoms here like me. During younger times when i clean my hole after shitting there is no blood. When age gets older the skin around the hole somehow changed and more easier to bleed when cleaning with toilet paper. Anal sex is much more violet to the hole of cause more easier to bleed although i never do it.
