I have not been there for a while, but the last time I was there, it was so-so, not that many people.  As for working out naked, it can be done.  I did that once, but then again, as I said, it was a while back.

I think it has the facilites needed. The steam room and sauna room are spacious enough. You can be naked throughout if you want, only makes you more inviting. Usually not many people, which i like.

Place looks quite retro but I like how it doesn't have many people. Very peaceful during a sunny afternoon with the sounds of fans blowing away. The workout equipment is actually quite decent. You can wrap a towel, but the towel will get in the way so better to just work out nude.
