I was at HuTong today, Friday 430pm, lots of hot guys starting to enter after work. Some people were glancing at me then looking away, at first I wasn't sure if that was good or bad. People just walking in circles or standing by a wall waiting for who knows what. Finally I saw a cute younger guy and we held eye contact so I approached him and we felt each other up... As soon as we were doing that it was like a bunch of bees clustering over to touch stuff. And it wasn't just unfit guys, one was this muscled body builder who was interested, lol. Jesus his biceps. I shied away from it all but that was interesting, I guess you have to make a move or else nobody will. Lol.

10/10 would try again and stay longer. Had to run home for dinner :P

how was the crowd like ?

any South Asians or Caucasians ?

HuTong's crowd are mainly Chinese/Asians. A small number of Caucasians, probably less than 5%. So far have not come across any South Asians.

Two young PRC men appeared to have caught Monkey Pox after visiting Hutong ..

This is the second time they have Monkeypox cases. First time was in 2023.

I just checked Hutong current charges. Apparently they now charge HKD 188, 288, 388 and 888(SGD 145)!!! according to age groups. It will be interesting to see whether their business will be affected after they reopen and whether they can continue to charge such exorbitant prices.

So, what type will be entitled to 888? Lol...

It's for the above 50 but no matter what nationality, guess no one will be crazy enough to part with HKD888 to enter Hutong. I think their underlying message is those above 50 are not welcomed.

It's screaming from the roof top rather than underlying message.  😄 It's the equivalent of hanging a big sign at the door:  Old gays, please drop dead.  🤣

Wonder if it will be waived if the patron is of Andy Lau, Aaron Kwok or Chuan Do standard 😛

was in HK last week, avoided the saunas because of the monkey pox cases.  so i managed to try one of the many massage spas.  since i was staying in Tsim Sha Tsui, i found one within walking distance from my hotel - Aloha Spa.  It was very easy booking as they have a whats app contact and you can tell them your masseur preference.  90mins oil is about $480 and tips is $500 but if you do more than HJ then you need to check with your guy.  The boy i chose was pretty cute local boy with a stocky body called Karu.  His massage was not bad too.

Just text them and ask who is available for the day you want.  But as usual they dont have face picts of the massuers only bod pict which sometimes you cannot trust !

Hutong has re-opened after the Mpox incident. I was there last Thursday night. At the front desk I pretended I had no knowledge of any price increase and handed the staff 3xHK$100 bill. The staff then asked me in Cantonese whether I received any Whatsapp (discount) message. I replied no and he said for this time he would charge me 288 but there is no guarantee I would be charged this same amount next time. He then referred me to the new pricing (refer pic below).

Frankly speaking the crowd that night wasn't good. There were less than 20 guys with maybe 4 gym-fit ones. I have patronized Hutong since the 2010s but with an entry price of 398 I doubt I will go back there again.

I went to My Way Sauna for the next 3 nights. I have to say the crowd was surprisingly good, with many young gym-fit guys. The entry price is 150 which is reasonable by HK standard. One point to note is that Sunday’s crowd thin out early so it's better to visit in the late afternoon.

Anyone knows whether Hutong has re-opened?

According to the website, they did some disinfection spraying. They even publish this on their website for the gym.

https://www.hutong-fitness.com/

According to the Center for Health Protection HK, it was closed since end of 26 May 2026.

it affected so far 5 people from HK and 2 from Mainland China who visited the place.

The contact tracing stretched until 17 June as to the news.

I love this word "high risk activities" when for Mpox just simple body to body touching might be sufficient to contract it (and it must not be anything "high risk").

It seems from the previous post, the place has reopened...

Is Age discrimination still permitted in HK?

Nah, they won't.

Donald T can also call Infantino and nothing will change the policy... 😂
