Few months ago, I visited yunomori and saw a father and son removing their clothing when I entered the locker area. Father probably in 50 and his son around poly age. Both were not wearing underwear after pulling down their shorts.

Can also happen if you need to pee and have to hold it until finding a toilet, then the dick erects. Actually, I don't know why this is the case biologically. But it happens.
