yes build up your pec, especially the clavicular pects (incline chest presses), then the upper chest more rounded, snd so the nipples will more likely point downwards, and won't protrude through the shirt.

I'm experiencing the same problem. It's not just white t-shirts, colored also can see. Try to get t-shirts with pictures tt will distract ppl from it. Or u can just ignore what ppl think and wear what u like coz u are born this way... Comfort is most impt for me.
