Hey guys, am visiting Penang over CNY period, and in the vein of places to visit, are there any recommendations for per-entry gyms which we relatively well equipped? Things like power racks bench press etc, am worried my hotel gym doesn't quite cut it.

You can get naked in the hot jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna. Apparently, this place is quite cruisy.

Foot + Head/Shoulder/Back = 1 guy

But he often available only after 9:00 pm (freelance).

 

So for myself I usually book and pay a one-hour session with him (RM80++) at the counter on the spot if he is available. I will start using the Spa at 7:00 pm (after office work) and continue the one-hour session with him at 9:00 pm.
