Never experienced booking a hotel that doesn't give you black and white or booking, although I checked the email they sent me requesting for payment and the sender address seems legit.. so feeling a bit paranoid about it.. Well I thought booking direct from the hotel is more secure, and furthermore because it was a very last minute decision to go, many websites either do not have rooms already, or they are very much expensive, whereas rooms are still available on their website and slightly cheaper.
