Going for the low and tight/loose with frenulum remove since I believe mine can grow bigger if not for the tight frenulum, I'm just thinking if it is possible to walk normally after the circumcision? However, having undergone an adult circumcision myself, I would personally recommend simply taking a week off work for the stitches to at least dissolve first. Only shorts/pants and undies pull down, doc have a look and ok, can go. At sec 4, I still didn't know about it nor did the glans expose out when erected. Only after sec for when I stumble on a health book did I realise the foreskin can be full back. Took a long while of patience and slow process to finally pull it all the way back.
