Mine was just a clinic in the neighbourhood. Thus the cost wont be as costly. But it's rather popular for the procedure. Yea was given one week mc but i was on off anyway. The doctor did say he could extend it to two weeks. With the anaesthetic, ur dick wont erect lols. Yea loose brief , shorts. Just try not to think about it. Eh wanking huh. After like 4 weeks of non-wanking, there wasnt the feeling of needing to wank.

Its part of the reason causing me tightness but can it be removed?

It can be removed but are u sure u wish to. All the sensitive nerves are there. I didnt had mine removed.

would want to keep it if possible but i thought it will be 'destroyed' when they cut away your foreskin?

Mine was cut as a baby. Was told phimosis caused pain and swelling. However, I always wonder what I have lost, and I'm particularly turned on by uncut ones... I do not have remaining loose skin and always need lots of lubrication to jerk.... 

 

Pls try to stay uncut, by slowly stretching out to clean the glans as many have advocated.... Steroids cream are likely useful as they will thin and loosen skin for stretching. However, not all doctors are likely to be aware of this use, as it isn't particularly taught. Only doctors who understand the need to try to retain foreskin for sensation will likely prescribe for this purpose. 1% hydrocortisone cream or 0.1% betamethasone cream used sparingly only at the foreskin twice a day will likely help.

 

All the discussion abt keeping frenulum or not is confusing.... I thought all are cut the same way. Maybe some pictures will be useful for clarification.....

IMO, if u experience tightness after frenulum is removed, that could mean your doctor has not done a good job.

In an adult cut, the frenulum can be removed or not, its the preference of the patient/doctor.  I still have mine.

U can keep it if you wish to. With the surrounding skin all cut off, the frenulum wouldnt cause any problem

I'm uncut and I thought of getting cut because I feel it looks better, but after reading up on circumcision, decided not to. Mainly because the glans will become rough from friction against fabric over time, and I prefer my glans to look smooth!

Scar fades over time, but it also depends on the colour of your shaft skin, and whether there is a big change of colour there

i hv no prob retracting, just tt its restricted by the tight frenulum.

i want my foreskin to be able to be retracted till the beginning of the shaft, but right now can only be retracted till the end of my head due to the frenulum.

I got to keep my frenulum for my circumcision.

The outline of my dickhead is v obvious when wearing trunks. That is one way of telling whether someone is cut or not.

in my case, its long foreskin + short (tight) frenulum.

 

ultimately, i just wanna be able to pull down my foreskin all the way till the shaft. initially thought it was impossible till i saw many uncut guys able to do it.

Low cut means more inner foreskin will be cut off. High means more retained. Tight cut means the skin will be tighter , no extra shaft skin, probably need lubrication to ..... then. Consultation? There wasnt any. I booked a appointment through phone and went down and got it done. He asked what kind. Tight or loose cut, high or low cut. Then he proceeded to clean the area. Then anaesthesia , then came the clamp to stop the blood flow to those foreskin , then snip it go. Then he sew it and bandaged it. He will then give some anti biotic and solution to clean the area.

Also, there is a difference in texture between those cut as a baby and those who were cut from children to adult.

It has to do with the membrane surrounding the cockhead.

Those cut as babies tend to have the keratinised look.
