Maybe moisturising helps? And if you use face mask, just after peeling off your face it can wrap around the other head for a while too. Or use the moisturising liquid left in the face mask packet.

I let my foreskin rolled back most of the time. 

Now my foreskin is not so tight like last time, it does not tear easily. 

I can retract it easily. 

Sensitivity is still the same as covered

Joke aside, @QinWei think the fuss could be those with foreskin can just rolled back and feel what's it like circumcised but those who's cut cannot put back (to a certain extend). There are some who claimed to have restored their skin by stretching method. Which ever case just be happy with what we have. If don't have just go play with someone who have and vise versa 😉 😋

@QinWei yes Muslim male babies don't have an options. And not true Asian kids don't get circumcised at young age, that I am sure. At the age of 7-8yo my buddy was cut. I remember when I first saw I thought he had a deformed penis with things looking so 'raw' at the tip. 

Precisely my confusion, was it by default that the doc will circumcised the baby or did they ask the parents? If they did, why that decision? As you mentioned you and your brother are different, one's cut the other isn't. Me and my siblings are all uncut while my dad is. It is unfortunate I can no longer ask him why so?

even for gals who has rites (certain race n tribes) to go thru genital mutilation has to do it at very young age too & very likely for their case, they get to marry off at a very young age!!! how could such ops be @ age of primary sch?

If the patient is on local anaesthesia (LA), he will be awake. For circumcision, LA is sufficient. Perhaps, a medical personnel can comment on this. 😝

It’s unfortunate that he had such bad experience. That’s all I can say. 
I hope nobody is expecting a ’no pain’ experience. 
From my personal experience, it was not as bad as I thought. It was almost bloodless, My doctor used numbing cream, so no injection. After care wasn’t bad at all. I could walk and take public transport home after the op. I can even go back to work on the 3rd day, if I wanted to. 
There was a little discomfort but it’s not something I cannot tolerate. Even morning erection wasn’t as bad as I thought. Overall my experience is considered good. I would give it a 8/10.
Who you choose as your surgeon/doctor is crucial. Do your homework.

I've been pulling back my foreskin 24/7 for several years now and thinking of cutting it off once and for all. But of course fear of pain and irreversible is still holding me back.

Every op has it set of unseen risk; circumstances, environmental, situational. As for pain, again each person threshold may be different. Most important communicate with your doc. As a man we should know nocturnal erection is not within our control so need to factor that in especially when we sleep be it day/nite. That erection is bound to happen no more how innocent or slutty. Nature at it best. I believe that part could be the worst as the skin stretched and the stitches / staples still holding everything in place. Just writing this also make me wince not to say it's on our most sensitive part. So all the best to those going for a cut, what ever reasons. If you got to cut, you got to cut. Good luck 🤞

I guess if you are making the choice yourself as an adult you will have to take every possible risk into consideration. Everyone has different tolerance for pain and risk. I could be totally wrong here but I suppose it's  difficult to just tell someone to not worry at all.  

 

I didn't have to (or get to) make the choice hence didn't have to consider these questions but I did get a wonderful toy as a reward for going through the procedure. At that time, it felt worth it . 😅
