Though it's been quite a long while since I was cut but  I don't recall the recover  experience as painful or bloody. So definitely agree with you there. 

 

I have seen and played with many cut cocks myself but could never tell how they were cut. Can you tell by looking at the outcome of the circumcision? I am cut rather high and tight. I suppose you can't get that using the Shang ring?

Most of the time I could tell if a penis is cut or not. However, there are times where I’m doubtful too, especially on low tight cut style. 
From what I know, Shangring and stapler methods give low cut style. 
Perhaps @Dr Twho is an expert in Shangring and stapler methods can share his opinion. 😊

Low and loose cut style is also hard to differentiate as most uncut guys are exposing their cockhead when in public

The scar from shang ring and stapler is smaller and more even as compared to the conventional circumcision. The position of the cut could be any of the methods.

Sharing my experience

I used to have a little tight foreskin too. Though I can roll it down, it gets tear sometimes. 

From the advice of one member here, I decided to roll down the foreskin and let it stay there for a month. I do massage the foreskin and roll back during shower times. 

After a month, my foreskin is really loosened and not as tight. I can easily roll up and down without any fear of tearing.

not sure should i go for circumcision.. recently foreskin like tighten and sligh pain when pull back.. also found smegma unde the foreskin, even though will pull back to wash every wash, it still comes back.. last time do not have such issues 😭😭

You can try to stretch it regularly and see if it works. But if it only tightened recently, means it might be due to an underlying medical condition and stretching may not work. Best to consult a doctor to really assess if you need circumcision. The doctor can then advise you accordingly.

Usually doctors touch n check the penis to advice whether need to circumcised or no? Ever experience patients got hard during the examinations? Normal?

From my experience, doc will touch n check for consultation as well as the surgery day. Mine was harden for each visit and apologized to the doc. He said don’t worry and it’s ok as he used to it.

for ethical reason most will not touch if not necessary. they will tell you to pick it up and turn or roll back foreskin etc. only when the need arise will they handle your private parts.

Yep agreed. I asked for stapler with my doc actually. While he offers that and shang ring, he suggested freehand as I wanted a tight cut. He said shang ring and stapler are unable to produce a tight cut and dehiscence is very common. Once there's dehiscence, the scar becomes wide and recovery won't be as nice. Stitches hold the wound together better and is preferred in his practice. Eventually went with freehand and got a very tight cut!

Medically we will have to do physical examination to identify any medical condition that may affect the procedure or what to look out for during the circumcision itself. It is a perfectly normal response for a patient to get an erection during examination as there's pulling back of the foreskin etc. Totally expected response.

Speaking as someone who had phimosis for years, tried to live with it and then tried all sorts of methods to pull it back safely and gently etc, I can share my experience here.

 

Phimosis (depending on the severity) can really be a big issue. I remember having ‘dick cheese’ which had some smell. The only way I could clean it was to literally use the shower head and adjust it to the ‘sharpest/slimmest’ jet steam and aimed it at the tip of my dick and watch dried up cum flow out. 

It was also quite embarrassing for me when I received head for the first few times, one of my dates literally spitted out some dried cum and she did not know (or at least she claimed) what it was. I passed her a tissue and I was so embarrassed when I saw the ‘seeds’ of dried cum she spit out. When I had sex for the first time, it hurt so much that I could not continue after 4 thrusts. 
 

I finally mustered enough courage at 20 y.o iirc to talk to my father about it. He brought me to some clinic in Thompson and it was quite straight forward. 
 

It did sting a bit when they administered the anaesthesia. I then lie down straight and was told to look up. I was given my phone and I watched Netflix while the doctor and nurses worked on the procedure. It was done with lasers. I didn’t feel anything but I did see a bit of smoke LOL… and there was a bit of smell but honestly, the whole procedure was painless and seamless and you don’t know what’s going on. Of course the recovery afterwards was painful but that’s expected and the downtime was about a few weeks? I can’t exactly remember as it was about 6 years ago. 
 

Regardless, getting the procedure was absolutely a life changer for me. Before that, for 20 years, I’ve never once seen my penis head, I could never pulled the foreskin back. 
 

I hope this sharing can help those who have phimosis with their decision making process, to give you guys the courage and assurance to do so, especially for those who have a really severe case of phimosis.

You are not alone. The pink colour will gradually fade off. 
I just hope mine doesn’t turn brown, or worse look like a piece of dead wood, like I have seen on some people.

Oh as mentioned above, I basically used the shower head and adjusted the water pressure to the ‘sharpest’ stream and aimed at the tip of my dick. The water shot through the tiny opening and after a few seconds, seeds and pellets of dried cum would flow out. That was how I cleaned it, I could not pull back my foreskin at all.

After a while, I noticed that the head becomes dry and less sensitive that bj and masturbation becomes less pleasurable and requires more force. Is this what it feels like being cut? Should I replace the foreskin back and hope that the head becomes moist and sensitive back?
