My last trip to Bangkok during Roy katong festival. Visit few spot, 1st is china town foot massage near T&K, 200bath for 1 hour. serviced by a young thai boy, skill so so but when he massage my back, i can feel that he use his tool to rub me, but unfortunately he is not my type, so I just pretend nothing happend. No tip needed (damn cheap).

2nd spot went to Hero massage, 15min walk from my hotel (Asoke MRT), nearest MRT is Nana a happening place for caucasian and arabian, you will banana massage then only hero located further, not many ppl aware hero as it was located at a big masion. Its a whole new experience for me as the hottie was just posing their muscle and tight short in front of you separate by glass. The mama-san will ask you what is your preference, top/bottom/ver/gd massage/moderate or new to field. I found that some hottie try to make some eye contact to you in order to lure you up. I pick a muscular straight with six pack, he is standing behind and very quiet, his look like ex-hk actor zheng hao nan, if anyone recall. for the massage, 1st the massuer will bath you (if he is gay or if he willing to) scrub all your body with body shampoo, you just need to stand there and let him do everything, in this stage , i am already so hard... then the massage, the strength is ok and proper just that his tool is not erated during the massage, In less than 1 hour the massage done, and he asking what do i want to do, he asking to fxxk me but i reject, i just ask him to use his six packs to rub my body, it was like heaven, end up he suck my nipple and jerk me up till I'm shoot. wonderful ending. As for the fee, 1 hour massage is 600bath (oil massage) + 1000bath minimum tips, pay to massuer. in conclusion, if you like muscular and handsome massuer, come to Hero.

3rd spot is Adam men massage, located at silom soi 4, I'm highly recommend this place as the massuer is 80% gay and they willling to do anything you ask with very good service, I order a 650bath 2hour oil massage, the massage is perfect, traditional thai style, really make me feel relax and comfortable during the full two hour massage. at the end of the massage, the massuer ask whether i want special, i ask how much, he said 500bath and he can be 1/0 whatever i like. the massuer is around age of 30, moderate build, but i like his muscular hand really enjoy the touch from him. I ask him whether he can suck my tool, he agreed and immediately he take out all his cloth and gentle suck me tool, it was wonderful and enjoyable, end up we having fun for another extra 30min more without extra change!

Oh ya, i going to DJ station and see some boy show at silom and gay sauna at chakran, not as great as i expect but I can said their facilities much more better than singapore and KL.

In short, I will definately back to Bangkok early next year, had a great time staying there and meet some cute thai boy (using grindr), not to be miss the shopping and amazing thai food. Bangkok is definately my wonderland.

Prices had gone up a little since I was last there in April 2012.

Things were, as usual, chaotic and the streets were crowded with visitors from all Chinese communities.

A friend from GuangZhou pulled me into a show at Boys or Bangkok.

I was NOT that interested (as most readers would have know that I am NOT into Thai men/boys).

The show was boring and the sexual part was done half-heartedly.

The pair who did the finale went round the tables to collect tips.

Honestly, it was a wasted THB 250.

Cheap discovery:

Number 1

Those who want to go CHEAP ....

There is a hostel in Soi Numduplee,Sathon which is 3 minutes from Lumpini MRT Station.

It is the same small street that leads to the infamous Malaysia Hotel and thereafter, Babylon.

I had a look at the place and found it to be suitable for solo travellers who are less likely to engage in rent-boys.

Damage: THB 250 to 300, depending on the number of beds in the room.

Plus point: There is a power-point by the side of each bed.. good for recharging our mobile/electrical devices

Happy, a DTAC subsidary (?) offers a THB 299 phone card for 7-days unlimited Internet usage with THB 100 phone calls/sms.

This served me well as I used MAPS a lot as I have a bad sense of directions.

Speed is up to 1M..

Sorry, no escapades for this old man... but lots of food, food!

then why no mention of food places? would like to know where to find good (and cheap) food in the nooks and corners...as a solo traveller, not convenient to go restaurants...always end up either at food court or some street hawker food... would like to know somehidden gems, if any....heard that some street hawker behind MBK near chulalongkorn sells the BEST fried chicken in bkk, rivals even that of kfc...cen someone verify and pinpoit the exact location....tried lookig for it last time but in vain....

Unfortunately I am NOT keen in sampling street food as the (air) pollution levels were really high.

I am always afraid of falling ill during these overseas trips..

I avoid most of the street food as I cannot see how hygienic the food was prepared or worst, what meat was added into the bowl!

You cant tell whether it is pollutants or burnt food in your bowl.

Here's my recommendation (based on the crowd and not actually sampling the food)::

The few shops in Silom/Sala deang looks ok..

Generally you can get food for about THB 50 in these shops.

I was there last September. No crowd at all, less than 10 at any one time. But then again, it was a weekday afternoon. Clients are of mixed age, from children to young men to middle age men. I think the clients are mostly Japanese expats and their family. Spacious with nice facilities - 3 big pools indoor, a small pool and 2 wooden barrels (for you to soak in) outdoor, steam room and sauna. There is also F&B in the public area.
