Depends on your budget but in general, avoid those 24h or even 1h services. Those are bad tailored. They work from pre-made forms and alter them to your measurements.

A nice suit should be tailor made from A to Z for a perfect fit. Takes about a week as you will need at least 2 to 3 fittings.

I was at BKK with a close friend in mid 2012 just to enjoy myself before enlistment. We stayed at The Heritage Bangkok, a really nice place with excellent service in a small hotel. The location is very convenient as it is only 3min away from Chong Nonsi BTS which is one stop to Sala Daeng(silom).
