Its not only about being vigilant, you never know when these pervs may just suddenly whip out their phones to 'take' a call, as if phone reception is exceptionally well in toilets, in these case the cam can easily be pointing at you. I hadn't consider that...  It is really a hidden problem.

Unless one is in a position where a nude picture or video of oneself changing in the gym is completely harmless. No crime in that.  The crime may be on the part of the one who takes the pic or video.
