So it depends on how desperate u r lor, thts y u can see tht all the 2 rm flat got snap up, no matter the unit is on level 2 or top level, facing gd or bad. Haha.You take profit after your MOP and buy a unit that you desired. Just milk the market. Quote

alien Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 (edited) The next round bto is out. Tis time launches earlier, cld be due to cny next wk.Mar bto site is at sembawang n yishun. The sembawag site is the same as the sep 2013 bto one of the balance flat location at canberra. Have recee the site, personally i dun find the location gd as it is quite a distance from the mrt, as u need to cut thru montreal flats.Quick glance at the jan pungool bto. Location wise consider ok, since it is infront of a LRT station. Although walking distance to punggol mrt might be a bit far. Overall the flat only have total 8 units which i like, also top floor is abt 19 n 21, so view shld be quite gd. But one down side is tht there are 2 blks of rental flats in tis project. But total units is 304 which is a very gd point. Which 76 are smaller size 2 rm flat. Meaning chances consider quite high. Too many of those oldies had spent their money on sauna, call-boy, massage and act as "Tiap-Queen" both local and overseas so now realizing that continuing to stay with parents is ugly but with little funds.
