There was one guy, doing the same. He kept leaving the room to take very short showers. I was sitting in the back and he was sitting next to the door (not facing each other). He also kept standing up (uncovered), faced the wall and stretched his back while sticking his butt out. Now thinking about it, he gave me clear signals.
