Having served as 3SG in nsf I did not fancy a "promotion" and the 8 weeks OCS @ SAFTI training that would add on two additional ict were a hunderance to my university study. So I went to a ENT to get a long pending surgery done. And applied for pes downgrading .After a few months' maneuver I got a downgrading letter ..from pes A to B. WTH.
