Are you asking what to wear in a sauna?

Usually you can do anything there by wearing the towel they give you.  It is convenient to come with your swimsuit on (or carrying it otherwise).  In Babylon, for example,  some guys work out in swimsuits and this is fine, and welcomed when they have the looks.
