i just came back from osaka.

first 3 nights kenna a last room but nothing happened. bf and i had sex every night.

4 and 5th nights given a room right to the end but thankfully not the last, we r the 3rd from the last.

the last night at another hotel, we were assigned a last room at the corner by fire exit...also nothing la.

anyway japanese hotels not very big size so its not frightening to stay inside since its so small, there is nowhere for ghost to squeeze in with us.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms over the years. I am a sound sleeper and never had any problems. However it helps to have a religion. I have the habit of praying for God to bless everyone...those who operate and maintain the hotel, the guests before me and those come after my stay. It does not matter what was the history of that room. And when I leave the city, I often say a prayer to bless the city. It is just such little gratitudes...we come and go in Peace.

I guess when you can draw on a Higher Power, you get the peace of mind.

I like to sleep with the toilet light on. And I like to have to curtains opened a bit so that dawn can wake me up. And I do not recall any nightmares.

He struggled and fought off the super natural force successfully. 2nd night, in the middle of the night he felt something pinching and biting on his butt but was too sleepy to investigate further. Next morning, he saw plenty of teeth mark around his butt and chest. Complaint to the reception and was given an upgraded room.

Ithink japanese ghosts are very selective. Your pxxn session in the hotel room definitely not ichiban for them to join in.

I think those who do enough good deeds have a protective energy field aroumd them. This will mean wherever you are, it is less likely that evil forces will be able to intrude.

For those who are religious, having a religious item (rosary, crucifix and other religious objects) will bring much comfort.

If you have peace of mind and radiate out feelings of warmth and goodness, it is not likely that you will see or experience such ghostly events.

with regards to this, it is a matter of perception. If you do believe, however, i would say to look for a second person's opinion, to verify whether it is true or not, just so you dont get a anxiety attack for nothing

Some alleged psychics are really good at reading between the lines and body language. They make subtle and vague suggestions and draw broad conclusions based on your reactions to those vague suggestions. I am not saying that he is or is not real, that is something for you to decide.

However I can say that supernatural forces are real. I never used to think this way until I had an encounter of my own. And it was a real encounter with something, not just one with a psychic.

Hey, I know many people here are skeptical of the bed movement. I had similar experience too. Sometimes, I sit up to look around my bed, tap the mattress and return to bed again. The movement wasn't very disturbing, it was just a slight stir as if something light has landed and caused the mattress to sink slightly beside you. Initially I thought it was a psychological thing or due to my own body pressure or my blood pressure suddently gave me that "bed sinking" sensation. When it starts, I was most of the time awake and I tried to feel the pressure again to make sure I wasn't thinking things, but most of the time, I will wake up and face the sinking area and gave the mattress a tap....nothing happen.

At times, I will smudge the bedroom with incense, open the window when it is sunny and vacum the room or keep it clean. Apparently, it doesn't hurt when such feelings became on n off thingy.

Interestingly, when staying at W***** Park, my two friends and I thought our apartment was a bit odd occasionally. I mentioned this before, the landlord refused to come into the house ... collecting rent at the gate :-) We only only why later when a friend's father who was a medium at Queen Street asked us to visit him. After visiting him one night, we went home and were nearly frightened to death by all the "things" in the house. We called our friend and the father said that he opened our "sense" to protect us so that we can avoid them or to hit them out of the way ... :-( BTW, the three of us are a Chinese, a Malayalee and a Punjabi - so it is not like I am a CHinese believeing in all those things!

My friends also had very scary encounters at the Pinnacle Hotel in BKK. They liked to stay at that hotel because it is near the old Babylon sauna. Now they avoid that hotel. I also have a friend who can see those "things". A couple of weeks ago, we went to an out-of-town cinema to catch a midnight show. When choosing the seats, I noticed that the back row (furthest away from the screen) was fully booked. As the cinema hall was quite small, I chose the 4th row from the back. I also noticed that the seats besides us were also booked. When the show started, I turned around and saw that the back row was totally empty. We were the only ones seated in the 4th row. My friend turned to look behind and immediately turned back. During the show, my friend kept leaning forward many times. After the show, I asked him why he was so restless. He told me that there was a "young girl" about 10 years old seated at the last row. When "she" realised that my friend saw her, she moved to the row behind us. That's why he kept leaning forward just in case the "girl" reached out to touch him. Since that incidence, we have been avoiding that cinema.

Can share more of the ghostly encounters at Pinnacle hotel? I have been staying there alone every time I go bkk but nothing really happened. Heard ppl saying it is haunted but have not notice that whenever I been there. I am going to BKK probably again this month and might be staying there again. So which floor to avoid?

let me add on to this, should you find the religious book open instead of closed (esp open to the exorcist page of the bible) its best to change the room.

 

Not true tho, I remember staying most hotels, the first thing i notice ( as i always likes to "inspect" around the drawer etc...) is that most of the hotels do have Bibles or tailsman somewhere @ the drawer or the wardrobe (just some you can't see them coz it's well hidden)...

Most of the time is saw is @ the Genting Highlands Hotel, not the New World Hotel beside... they had a bible in the drawer...

To add on to that, the Genting Highlands Hotel, anyone had tried looking down from the ledge of the Casino ( i meant the ledge where you can see the path to the hotel elevators ) you can clearly see the flooring resembles a compass ( as if to guide something in/out of the rooms ) and on the columns, there's carving of statue... which is quite spooky imo...

I always choose a room closer to activity. A room with view eg car park, convenience store, eateries always give me more comfort.  Sometime I will leave the radio or tv  on so I don't have the eerie feeling of a cold hotel room.

Most of the hotel in Singapore provide bible and sutra in their hotel rooms, it doesn't mean all their rooms are haunted. And all the rooms ceiling draw with Muslim prayer compass direction too...

That's why you also did not realize the Housekeeper for that floor had "very nicely styled" hair-do on the following morning. Got the mystery solved now? LOL
