Hi,

I had before.

You can get treatment at National Skin Centre.

You can apply medication which will take a long time. Or you can have it eletrocuted so that it will drop off. The electrocution will be immediate. They will apply something first so that you dun feel so pain but it's still painful to me. After that, you will have a small wound and you will need to apply medication every day until it is healed. Doing big business will be a chore as it will be painful if you wipe your ass with toilet paper, try using water to wash instead.

Just have to endure for 1-2 weeks and it will be ok.

And at the meantime, please do not go around getting laid. :D

anyone else got anal warts before? and what did the doctor recommend to be the best way to remove the warts?

Beside what NSC had recommended?

Well you can try the traditional way. Get someone to snip it off with a scissor and then burn off the wound. Of course since it is so close to your arsehole, it could be painful. Make sure you shave off all anal hairs before applying the flame to the wound.

There is an Indian way involving chilli padi. Pound 100 gm of chilli padi into a paste and apply them to the warts. Cover with plaster. make sure you don't get any of the paste into your arsehole.

The Malay method involves sniping off excess skin and then wearing a sarong. Oh sorry, that was meant for circumcision. Salah lah.

I think the best way is still to swallow your pride and see a doctor. Check out the following sites for info.

Hi,

Not sure why you still asking and not trying what I recommended? It's the 2 ways that my doctor recommended and I did it before. If you are afraid of pain, then use the medication method. It might drop off after sometime painlessly.

For me, I prefer to have it done once and for all. Check with your doctor lor. B)

I had surgery under general anaesthesia two months ago and the warts are back again.

The surgeon says to go for another surgery under general anesthesia. It is more than $1,500.

Question and answer on recurring anal warts from www.gayhealth.com website.  Hope it help.

http://www.gayhealth.com/templates/1121965...rd=365&answer=1

Thanks for the link to the website.

Any one else have this recurring anal wart problem?

If the anal warts come back every few months, and each time need the surgery to remove, it adds up to a lot of money.

Have anyone made a claim against their Hospitalisation and Surgical (H&S) insurance policy for the surgery to remove anal warts?

Please advise.

Well, a relative had Fistula once. It's like a small pimple that gets bigger and bigger. It's actually a micro hernia that goes from inside the rectum and penetrates on the outside. Because of this, the shit water goes in and some thing solidifies in the microcanal. But the water still leaks out the fistula opening.

General and majority opinion is that the western docs can operate it but if it's not cleanly cleaned and closed, it'll pop out again somewhere else.

In the end, my relative went to a Chinese fistula specialist, (not even a physician) who removed it with a method. (Many specialist have many methods). Thinking about the removal method makes me queasy.

It cost about SGD 1500, but the guy guarantees the result.

The specialist even relate about how many patients who ignore him and went for western docs (because they want to claim their insurance) , eventually came back to him, but sometimes it's too late.

It's really not sexual at all, as the patients range from 12 year old kids to old men to normal 20 something people. Anyone can get fistula. That's why parents of old time always ask the young kids never to sit on pillows or chairs sat by old folks.

The two causes of fistula seems to be heatiness and eating rotted fruit (probably with some mini maggots that you can't see). The specialist named the papaya as the main culprit. The trauma went through by my relative makes me queasy enough to shun papayas for good

Hope I don't get too far out of topic. Get it diagnosed first and good luck

Did you have only external anal warts removed at NSC?

Things get complicated if there are internal anal warts to be removed. Internal anal warts are warts inside the anus. Internal anal warts can only be removed by surgery under general anesthesia. This surgery costs a lot more.

Oh, then maybe its different. I think mine is external coz its just at the entry to my anal.

Just curious. How do one discover internal anal wart then? They feel pain?

I had piles. After shitting, the piles protuded out of the anus, and I can feel some growth with my finger.

I went to see the doctor, and he used an instrument (like a short test tube) to see the inside of the anus. The doctor diagnosed as internal anal warts.

Have the doctor checked the inside of your anus before?

Were your external anal warts very near the anus hole or a bit further away from the anus? How many treatments you had? What kind of treatment?

Have any guy fxxked you without condom before?

i am a top. i fxxk only with a condom. i also like to receive and give unprotected blow job and do deep kiss. 2 days ago I found a pimple on my penis shaft. no pain, no discharge, just a small lump like a pimple. my normal doctor thinks it is a pimple and gave me some Tetracycline (antibiotic). i read on some web site that this could be herpes which could have spread with unprotected blow-job !!

I would like to get a second opinion. can recommend a experience doctor that is in private practice (no need plu). my email m16johnny@yahoo.com.sg.

Sorry to hear of your concern. Hope this will help you understand what herpes is all about.

Herpes are mainly manifested at the groin and sex organ areas. And to the ordinary eyes, it is not alarming as when it subsides, it looks nothing more than a dried pimple or a scarred secular mark. However, as the saying goes, the only thing that lasts and stays with you forever is not love but herpes! As for your symptoms, it is not common for a pimple to grow along the length of your penis. I gather that this is the first time you are experiencing this but ask yourself : each time before herpes surfaces, do you feel extremely fatigue, particularly with a tired breaking back that you wish you could lie down for a few hours, or tired as if you are going to have flu or fever. This may last for a day or so only. If the pimple goes away after a week or 10 days, don’t be happy yet. The first timer will suffer another eruption only after about 8 months or a year before it starts to haunt you on a regular basis. The only direct treatment to ease the itch and ‘burning’ sensation is an application of Zovirax, purchasable only from prescription or pharmacies. It is an expensive cream in a tube. The other alternative is an application of Chinese herbs which really ‘corners’ the virus into dormant submission, meaning you may not suffer an eruption for a period of six months or more. Take note that herpes manifests itself when the host body is stressed or anxious over an impending event or incident. Please note that it is only social obligations that you should restrain from contact with your sexual partners when you are going through an ‘eruption’ periods.

Something encouraging for gays:

Page-Shafer is a researcher at the Center for AIDS Prevention at the University of California, San Francisco. At the 2004 World AIDS Conference, she presented data from a study of 400 men whose only form of sexual behavior was receiving oral sex. Despite little condom use with multiple partners -- including partners known to be infected with HIV -- none of the men came down with HIV infection.

"We had zero infections over 1,493 person-years of exposure to oral receptive sex," Page-Shafer tells WebMD. "This doesn't mean there aren't factors that contribute to easier HIV transmission by oral sex. It does happen. But data confirm it is a pretty rare occurrence."

Sex Diseases in Many Gay Men Go Unfound, Experts Say

By LAWRENCE K. ALTMAN

Many cases of sexually transmitted diseases are escaping detection because gay men are not being tested each year as advised, federal health officials said Wednesday. And if the men do show up, the officials added, many doctors and clinics are not following screening recommendations.

But more cases could be detected if the government approved new ways to use a type of DNA test that is already on the market, the officials and researchers said in a news conference at a scientific meeting in Chicago.

They said the test, used in new ways, could detect twice as many cases of gonorrhea and chlamydia as standard tests.

Those diseases, along with syphilis, whose incidence continues to increase, are “a major threat to gay and bisexual men’s health,” said Dr. Kevin Fenton, a top official of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Fenton noted that such diseases increased the risk of contracting and spreading H.I.V., the virus that causes AIDS.

Screening for sexually transmitted infections is a critical part of medical care for sexually active men. The C.D.C. recommends annual blood tests for H.I.V. and syphilis, and other tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

Gonorrhea tests should include specimens from all potential sites of exposure — throat, genitals and rectum — because identifying and treating all such infections is essential for preventing spread of the disease.

“There are circumstances where the recommendations are not being followed,” said Dr. John M. Douglas Jr., who directs the Division of S.T.D. Prevention at the disease control centers.

Dr. Douglas added that some doctors did not recognize the problem while others seemed to think “that maybe the guidelines do not apply to my patient population.”

Supporting evidence came from C.D.C. researchers, who reported three studies at the meeting showing that the screening rates were too low.

Dr. Kristen Mahle’s study found that among gay men who showed no symptoms of gonorrhea, more than a third of rectal infections with the disease, and more than a quarter of throat infections, were missed because many were not tested at all anatomical sites of recent exposure.

Dr. Eric Tai’s study surveyed non-H.I.V.-positive gay men in 15 cities from 2003 to 2005 and found that only 39 percent reported having been tested for syphilis, and only 36 percent for gonorrhea.

Dr. Karen Hoover found that while doctors tested 82 percent of H.I.V.-positive gay men in eight cities for syphilis in 2005, they tested 22 percent or fewer for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

One problem is that public health departments that run sexual disease clinics do not have adequate staffs and budgets to do comprehensive testing.

“Let’s be honest, resources are a challenge at a federal, state and local level,” said Dr. Douglas, of the disease control centers. “We are trying to be as innovative as we can with public health resources,” but “we need help from others.”

Another problem is that newer tests are not being used as much as they should be, Dr. Douglas said.

The DNA test that Dr. Douglas and others described as promising is called NAAT, for nucleic acid amplification test. It is generally more accurate and easier to use, and it can detect at least twice as many gonorrhea and chlamydia infections in the throat and rectum, according to studies by Dr. Julius Schachter of the University of California, San Francisco, and others. Moreover, it is faster than the traditional bacterial culture tests.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved three NAATs to screen for gonorrhea and chlamydia in the genitalia, but not the throat or rectum.

Dr. Schachter’s team, which included the San Francisco Department of Public Health, sought to determine whether the marketed NAATs were also effective in throat and rectal screening.

The C.D.C. is working with the food and drug agency and with test manufacturers to gather, analyze and coordinate the submission of data for federal approval of NAATs for use in the throat and rectum.

The San Francisco Department of Public Health has conducted a study that met F.D.A. requirements for such use. Now the health department uses NAATs to test for chlamydia and gonorrhea at all three anatomic sites.

This sounds troubling. I wonder what the incidence rate is for all such quoted STDs amongst the MSM population here? Does AFA or MOH have the relevant data? I know one can go for testing for HIV and syphilis at DSC, but what about testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia? Does DSC also conduct such tests for the last two kinds of diseases, upon demand? I hope someone from AFA can answer these questions. Thanks.

Yes, DSC does perform tests for chlamydia and gonorrhoe using swabs on your throat, rectum and penis. As long as you tell the DSC staff you are MSM, they will offer such tests and other blood tests.

Have you had anal warts before?

How do you get the warts treated? Where did you get treatment? What kind of treatment?

Please share your knowledge or experience.

Yes, I had it.

You should immediately visit the clinic for sexually transmitted diseases. It's somewhere around bugis. It's also where there is the anonymous HIV testing.

The type of treatment varies depending on the size of you warts. If you've left them untreated for some time, you may want to surgically remove them.

However, if the doctor thinks it appropriate, you can undergo liquid nitrogen treatment. That involves your warts being sprayed with liquid nitrogen. This is done on a weekly basis. And it hurts.

If you're warts are minute, then you can request for the dermatologist to prescribe you a cream. When my warts recurred, which was very small by then, I used this. It was painless and the warts went off in 2 weeks. Warts do recur, but it's also possible that they don't. All depends on your immune system.

If you want to do it at NSC, then just prepared that you're consultation may involve medical students on their residency!

Be care, when one has recuring warts, it is a signal that the body immune system is very low. You may want to go for an HIV test.

I just want to share with u guys. Just be safe do not think that STD is other people's problem as it is so easy to get it if you risk it. Non anal type of warts can be transmitted easily, like getting a cut from swimming pool tiles, floor in public toilets being barefooted etc.

The cheapest way to treat anal warts is to go to NSC.

Doctor will need to check if the warts has gone inside the anus. He will bring you to a room, locked it with may be a medical technician and apply lube on his gloved fingers and check inside. If you are lucky, it is only external warts to treat. Internal will require surgery.

The initial treatment on external warts will be using a cream which is quite corrosive. Its purpose is to 'eat' into the skin and let the cauliflowered looking skin to drop off. So there could be some biting pain when it is left on the skin. This as it is mentioned will take daily application and discomfort like itch n pain when u sit down. The process has to take some time.

The next procedure if cream is not very effective, also mentioned before, is using liquid nitrogen to spray onto it. It requires a few visits which should be alternated in at least a week each. It is fast n some pain but is not unbearable. The male technician at NSC will ensure privacy and is done in a private room.

After that, just apply cream and it should heal qutie fast. As wart is viral, you will not be 'cured' as virus will stay in your body for life. However, as long as your body's immune system is strong, it may not recur at all. The test to see if the area is infectious with the wart virus is using some kind of vinegar base solution, and once the warts react to it, the skin colour will show. If it does not show, it means the virus has been treated.

hope this helps.

Hi,

I have a friend who had it not long ago. Go to the clinic at Kelantan Lane. Over there, what they'll do is spray nitrogen in the area. It doesn't hurt but you may have to come down like once a week for the next 3-4 weeks.

It will only cost you $5. $20 for registration but they will return it to you after that.

Do give it a try.

Hurt a bit. But according to my friend, maybe a cold sensation...but it goes away fast. It really works though. Plus, it's cheaper than surgery.

Sorry to hear about the anal warts - you should abstain from any sexual activity; and if you know who passed this onto you, please advise him the same.

I had mine removed at SGH - you should got see a doctor immediately - there is really no better way.

As I had numerous warts by the time I saw the doctor, they had to be surgically removed. This was done under GA. After the surgery, the post-care was really difficult as the wounds kept bleeding, so much so that I had to be hospitalized to stop the bleeding. The post-op bleeding was so bad, I had to wear adult diapers to stop it from soiling my pants and bedsheets; cannot sit on the chair as it aggravated the wounds - it was just a mess for a month or two. The wounds took some time to heal, but eventually they did.

So please get it treated early. Much regards.

I think question 1 - yes you can get. but question 2 - I don't think so. genital wart usually transmit via skin contact only.. So don't be happy happy in sauna, you may not know who you are having fun with... u might get it.. especially too dark to see things...hahaha...

so it's only transmitted by touching the wart? So once the wart has been removed, then there is no risk of transmitting to others, right?

      小故事系列: 《你不能射进去》
      作者:Fian

Douching does not always work for me. Im not sexually active but I like to explore/ "dig around" a bit and douching keeps it clean.

But a lot of the times when I douche it takes freaking forever and it just doesn't clear out. Ive searched around and most articles say that you should be done within 10 mins or 6 ish douches so I'm confused. I don't think I put too much water up there and my diet is ok.

Is there a secret schedule idk about or like I'm not meant to be a bottom pls let me know.

In India, a Gay Prince’s Coming Out Earns Accolades, and Enemies
Prince Manvendra’s journey from an excruciatingly lonely child to a global L.G.B.T.Q. advocate included death threats and disinheritance.

Published July 31, 2020Updated Aug. 1, 2020   NEW DELHI — Born into a royal family that once ruled the kingdom of Rajpipla in India, he was raised in the family’s palaces and mansions and was being groomed to take over a dynasty that goes back 600 years.
But then he gave an interview that prompted his mother to disown him and set off protests in his hometown, where he was burned in effigy.
Since coming out as gay in that 2006 interview, Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil has faced a torrent of bullying and threats, and was disinherited by his family for a period.
But he has also earned global accolades for his L.G.B.T.Q. advocacy, becoming one of the few gay-rights activists in the world with such royal ties.
As part of his efforts, Prince Manvendra, 55, has appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” three times, swapped life stories with Kris Jenner on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and is working to establish a shelter for L.G.B.T.Q. people on his property in the Indian state of Gujarat. He is also working with several aid agencies to prevent the spread of H.I.V. among gay men.
Prince Manvendra and his husband, deAndre Richardson, have spent the last few months in lockdown getting the shelter ready. They envision a safe space where those who have been disowned by their families can get back on their feet and learn job skills.
“I know how important it is to have a safe space after coming out,” the prince said.
Although India abolished the princely order in 1971, the honorary titles are still commonly used for royal descendants, and traditional responsibilities are still carried out.

It was shocking for a member of an Indian royal family, especially one from the rigidly conservative Rajput warrior clan that once ruled over large parts of northern and central India, to come out so publicly. Being gay was a criminal offense in India under the archaic British law in effect at the time. The law was struck down in 2018.
The fallout from his announcement was brutal, beginning with protests in his hometown, Rajpipla, where he was burned in effigy. His mother took out a newspaper advertisement to announce she was disowning him.
The government offered him security after he received several death threats, but he turned down the offer and refused to back down. “I decided that I would continue fighting because I have truth on my side,” he said.
Prince Manvendra playing the harmonium for his husband, deAndre Richardson.Credit...Atul Loke for The New York Times Prince Manvendra was born in 1965 to Raghubir Singh Gohil, the current honorary maharajah of Rajpipla, and Rukmani Devi Gohil, the daughter of the former maharajah of Jaisalmer.
By that time, the era of fabulously rich Indian maharajahs had already waned. His great-grandfather’s ostentatious display of wealth, with stables of racehorses and garages filled with Rolls-Royces (nearly a dozen), was no longer welcome in a newly independent India where socialism, austerity and self-sufficiency were the new mantras.
Although Prince Manvendra’s family no longer ruled a kingdom, the old ways still largely prevailed. He spent most of his childhood in his family’s seven-bedroom mansion in Mumbai, staffed by servants who had worked for the family for generations. He barely saw his parents and was raised primarily by the same nanny who had raised his mother.
“Until I was 9 or 10, I thought my nanny was my mother,” he said. “I didn’t realize that the glamorous woman who appeared once in a while was actually my mother.”
The lack of parental love still wounds him. “Why do parents give birth to children if they don’t want to take care of them?” he said.
His childhood was excruciatingly lonely. His only friends were the birds and other animals he rescued as a young child. “I grew up with literally no friends, because I knew I couldn’t invite anyone home,” he said, because he was allowed to socialize only with children from a similar background.
The prince at 2. He said his only friends as a young child were the birds and other animals he rescued. He earned a college degree in commerce and accounting and went on to complete law school, although he has never practiced law.
In 1991, he married Chandrika Kumari, a princess from the royal family of Jhabua, a match entered into voluntarily, he emphasized.
“I was attracted to men but I thought it was just a passing phase,” he said. “I had never been allowed to spend time alone with a girl, and sex before marriage was out of the question.”
Being gay was not a possibility that ever crossed his mind, he said, because he knew nothing about it.
“Once we got married, it became clear to me that I wasn’t interested in women sexually,” he said. “We were very good friends, we got along very well, but there was no sexual attraction.”
The couple called it quits 15 months later, a split that caused an uproar in royal circles. After the divorce, he said, he was wracked with guilt and confused about his sexuality. He moved back to Mumbai, a 26-year-old divorced virgin, and started exploring his sexuality for the first time.
“I started reading books and magazines. I saw an article about Ashok Row Kavi and his gay magazine Bombay Dost. I decided to get in touch with him and ask him if I could possibly be gay,” he recalled.
Mr. Kavi is a father of India’s gay-rights movement. In 1977, he came out publicly and went on to found Bombay Dost, India’s first gay magazine, in 1990. He founded the Humsafar Trust, the first group to provide health services and advocacy for gay men, in 1994.
Mr. Kavi introduced Prince Manvendra to other people in the community and trained him as a counselor. He remembers the young prince as a painfully shy introvert, who was slowly starting to become comfortable with his identity. He said the prince quietly funded the first telephone help line for gay people in India.
In 2000, with Mr. Kavi’s encouragement, the prince started the Lakshya Trust in Gujarat to help the gay community there.
The young prince with his parents, Raghubir Singh Gohil and Rukmani Devi Gohil, and his sister Minaxi in Rajpipla, India, in 1976. The work was fulfilling, but as a closeted gay man, the prince said, it became increasingly difficult to do the advocacy work needed for Lakshya. And there was growing pressure to remarry.
After he suffered a nervous breakdown in 2002, his psychiatrist convinced him the first step in his recovery was to come out to his parents.
It was the beginning of a long and bitter ordeal. “My parents were in an absolute state of denial,” Prince Manvendra said. “They declared that science must have a cure for my condition, a surgery perhaps or shock therapy to cure my ‘disease.’”
But every doctor his parents consulted told them the same thing — homosexuality was not a disease or a mental disorder. His parents finally gave up on medical science and decided to try religion instead. For three years, they took him to dozens of religious leaders around the country.
“Ashok told me to cooperate with them completely,” the prince said. “To let them be satisfied that they’d tried their best.”
There were financial consequences to his coming out. He says that he was removed from several family businesses and that his mother threatened to persuade the government to cancel funding for the Lakshya Trust.
“I finally reached a point in my life where I couldn’t take it anymore,” he said. “I decided to tell the whole world.”
The couple at home.Credit...Atul Loke for The New York Times Over the past 14 years, the once-shy royal has grown accustomed to the spotlight and become a vocal activist for the gay rights movement. Apart from his work with the Lakshya Trust, he is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Coalition on Male Sexual Health and is an ambassador consultant of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
“He was living a very troubled life, under a lot of pressure,” said Chirantana Bhatt, a close friend. “But now it’s a life of pride, in the true sense.”
He has also found love. In 2013, he married Mr. Richardson, an American he met online in 2009, in the United States. The couple live on an estate in Gujarat given to the prince by his father. His modest brick house there is a far cry from the opulent palace of his ancestors, but he says he could not be happier.
His father, the maharajah, acknowledged in an interview that it was difficult for the family to come to terms with his son’s sexuality and the constant media attention on the family.
“But it’s his decision,” the maharajah said.
His relationship with his mother remains frosty, but other members of the family have been supportive, he says. His grandmother, on her deathbed, expressed her happiness that he had found a partner to share his life with.
Prince Manvendra is cautiously optimistic about the future. He is not sure if he will become the next honorary maharajah of Rajpipla. “I have left it to my family members,” he said. “I would prefer to keep working for my cause because the role of maharajah comes with a lot of responsibilities and duties that would divert me from my activism.”
