Gay-themed MV from a malaysian singer...2 hunks..not sure why the title...why it's better than they don't meet? hate to think it's anything related to the 3 drinks the gal prepared at the end...the mv story sort of incomplete....

Korean single episode drama.....gay theme....but very "clean" and subtle type. About elder bro loving his adopted bro, then elder bro's wife in revenge seduced and used the younger bro...it's shown in a mystery case format with a detective checking the case....

It's a MV for a Malaysia male singer, now based in Taiwan. He's the guy sandwiched between the 2 guys in one of the scene.

There a Malaysian female singer Wincci also has similar kind of MV.

Why huh? Why Malaysian singer? The Anwar Effect?

Synopsis

Three teenage boys who were once close friends grow apart when they reach high school: Yong-ju lives hiding his true gender identity, Gi-woong becomes the leader of the school gang, and Gi-taek an obsessive manga fan. Tired of the constant malicious bullying by Gi-woong’s gang, Gi-taek betrays them by disclosing that Yong-ju has loved Gi-woong for years. Surrounded by an insecure boundary of the school and wounded by betrayals, the boys are driven into catastrophe.

This short movie was produced by the Hong Kong Gay and Lesbian Society

 

I find the story line about gay acceptance, HIV issues, etc so much real,  and touching, as compared to most of the gay movies I have seen.

 

This is because the actors/actresses cast are ordinary looking people,( unlike conventional production which hires good looking ones as to drawn in audiences) and it touches on the lives of  the majority of the population, who are in the below middle income zone

Can't believe they are ordinary people as actors/actresses.....they are all so good and natural.mi especially like the scene when he was writing his letter to his mother...the emotional build-up was so real and natural. Story is a bit sad though but serves as a real and good lesson for the young ones venturing into sex and relationship. No matter how much you want to trust a person who looks clean and decent, you simply cannot do raw without first undergoing all the test for both parties. Safest is still to use condom for anal sex.

Has anyone watched this movie? It is about a young gay boy who committed suicide and his mum was trying to find a "bride" for him.

The actor is a Taiwanese and he looks cute.

This movie is rated M18 if I am not wrong....and sad to say there arent any sexual scenes in the movie....probably that's the reason for the authorities to allow the movie to screen here...

Synopsis

 

Yoon Ji-wook is a hard-as-nails homicide detective known for his undisputed ability to nab violent criminals. He is revered as a legend in the police force and at the same time feared among the mafia for his brutality in cracking down on crime. Through a friend's recommendation came to know this song and MTV....

 

Totally gay, the singer and MTV leads all handsome sia..... of course the song is quite nice too. ^_^
