As to my unverified knowledge some from the previous owners of Cruise went on to open Hook after Cruise closed down.

 

There is no verified information that Max Lim has passed away.

But the rumour spread when Queen Resort closed down.

I used to gym at tenmenclub but the fat wearing glasses manager i think alway give me lousy spot locker 3 time in a row while the guy paying behind me get a good spot. So i think he does it on purpose and decide not to go to tenmenclub anymore to gym. Now aiming hook but dunno the entry price for age 46 man.

Anyone can tell me. If too expensive i think i go other place to gym

not surprising, given its poor crowd, but RIP Hook!

 

will remember the fond memories (although Cruise was way better) nonetheless, it was good, while it lasted

 

sharing my 2 cents worth of opinion - the main difference between the crowded cruise and the ghost-town Hook was probably the layout as well as the lightings.

 

there were more corners and cruising points in the previous cruise vs the underused big space with the big bed at Hook. last time this space was used for addition cruising corners and actual room spaces.

 

also the lightings of cruise used to be on top and the lights were shining down from above, highlighting and complimenting the face and body of a person, rather then the lights from below, at Hook, more ghostly looking more then anything else and mostly it's too dark to even see

 

hopefully the new player that takes over (if there is), or the relocated area can give consumers another good choice and give the competitor "K" a run for their money.

been to hook club only once but I went to cruise before.. I think both hook and cruise were from the same management.. 

when I use to patron cruise.. I felt that the staff there were a bit stuck up.. no smiles not that welcoming at all..  and when I tried hook club.. it was the same cold welcoming treatment..
