I've heard this a few times now, and just want to share my understanding (I'm not saying I know everything, this is just what I've picked up on the way from various sources), to hopefully avoid any regrets later.

It's a common misconception that it's "safe" to fxxk someone without a condom for a while, as long as you don't cum. While this sort of risk assessment is always completely up to the individual, it should be based on a full understanding of the risks.

Risks to Bottom:

- fxxking creates small tears in the anal wall, right from the start

- most guys pre-cum, well before they cum, and pre-cum also contains HIV, which can enter the bottom's body thru the cuts and tears in the anal wall

- some guys can't control themselves when they are fxxking, and may cum MUCH earlier than you expect, while they are still inside
