Yes, it is good to give both good and bad comments. But if one only wants to hear good constructive comments but cannot take in bad comments, then what is the use. Might as well dun take in any comments. Also, who say bad comments and complaints are not constructive. It depends on how you look at it. If you dun like what others comment about Shogun, you will naturally treat it as bad comments and feedback. If you love what other comment and these comments "sweeten" your heart, of course you will treat it as "good constructive comments".

Yes, he put and add new facilities, but he has to know whether these are feasible and useful to the customers when adding new things in his business. For example, completely darken the whole cottage with a large maze inside which caused very low visibility to the customers. So, is that good for the customers? Also, if these facilities are not maintained properly, in the end, they are still useless. Vandalism and theft are common, not just in gay saunas, but also in other public places and private clubs. Nevertheless, proper hygiene has still be maintained. Cleaning mattress with mop is definitely a no-no.

If you look at all the comments in this topic so far, they are all suggestions. No one is bitching around. It depends on how the Shogun Boss look at it. If he still thinks they are bad comments and these harm his business, then there is nothing more to say.

Shogun always issue one towel, but it doesn't means u cannot ask for one more or exchange the towel if it really stink.

I always ask for a new towel and I was never rejected. Similiarly if the towel i stink, i will ask for a new one.
