Full Time Flight Attendant Salary Package

 

Singaporean/PRC/Malaysian Crew

 

First year of service:

 

Basic: $650 (1st month Initial Training)

 

Basic: $750 (2nd month onwards)

 

Basic: $850 (1 year onwards)

 

Flying Hourly pay: $5 (1-80hours), $11.60 (81 hours onwards)

 

Meal Allowance: $5 per TWO sector (i.e SIN-CGK, CGK-SIN)

 

Topup Salary Incentive: $180 (if you fly 120 hours and above)

 

Salary Commisson: 1% of the total sales on board, divide into the number of cabin crews. (average of $100 a month)

 

Year end bonus (AWS,only applicable to Singaporean and SPR) - 1 month of basic salary ($750), CPF deductible.

 

Layover allowance: Jakarta $50 and Osaka $75

 

Layover Hotel: 2 crews per room

 

Average gross pay for Singaporean: $1600 to $2100

 

For Malaysian Crew: As above but there will be no CPF Deductions.

 

Foreign crew: Fixed $2000 excluding Layover allowances and Sales Commission.

 

Normally local crew will need to pickup flights (swap for longer flights) from the foreign crew to earn more as foreign crew will be giving away flights (they will still get fix pay).

If you want to be served by more youthful crew with better bod, fly Tiger. In fact, they wear less formal clothes eg more fitting tops and pants, which allow you to see your bod and bulge more clearly.

But the return flight yesterday HKG-SIN in Biz class.... 2 young FA, cute and handsome. The types I like haha. A bit young maybe but all smiles and super friendly and all.

I was still in my business suit n with a shade of grey hairs on both sides, I looked every bit a successful man, and I think that's what got his attention. So when all lights were out (long flight to London), I saw him sitting on the cabin chair doing some paper work, and I went to stand next to him pretending to stretch my legs n do a bit of exercises. He smiled (ah....that killer smile again) and said "can't sleep". I said yeah, tired but just can't go to sleep...,and then I jokingly said probably need someone to pet me to sleep. He just smiled n then looked me in the eyes and said "I find that after jerking off I could sleep better." OMG, did he really say that yo me......was that a hint to me......what should I do or say next? And I blurted out oh, for me I sleep better after I hit sucked!

The rest as history......he gave me THE suck of my life up 35,000 feet high and I was so high I could scream out in ecstasy!

I prefer much to be served by senior steward or stewardess everytime I take a flight. They are more experience, know what a passenger need and put on more effort to serve you well. My most unforgettable flight experience was SQ flight from Singapore to Perth on business class. I was served by a 50 something uncle. Though he is no longer young, cute or handsome but he was very considerating in details. I don't need to make any request or voice out anything and he seemed to know my thoughts. Felt like was serving by mom who knows everything. I was completely and wholly impressed. Truly a five star service and dining. The worst airline service I ever had was air china. Everytime you request something, they look at you like you're a troublemaker.

if you want to be served by cuties in their 20s to 30s on SQ, fly Econ class instead of Biz class and you would have a higher chance of meeting your expectation.

 

If you prefer to be served by really young cuties (ie early 20s in tight uniform), fly Tiger rathar than SQ. 

 

Overall, save money and you get served by younger guys.

It was such a wonderful long flight on SQ068 on 06 Oct from Sin - BCN - Sao Paulo and a handsome Leading Steward was working onboard.  Though the flight was long, it was such an amazing thing that SQ Cabin Crews could keep themselves all fresh throughout the flight.

 

The good thing, they never failed to provide good service.  Bravo!
