Depending on how much you treasure your foreskin and the extent of your phimosis, circumcision may not be the only option.

Circumcision is usually the last resort nowadays. But if you intend to stretch your way out of this, like what ejszaka suggested, it's best to start early.

yes it is, i am facing the same situation. i dont think is something to worry about now but get it fix in future? or least thats what i plan

Stretching out helps. Just go slow and do till slightest bearable pain. Repeat over afew months . When soft that is. When u get it done soft. Then pull it back alittle then get hard and slowly expand it. At least that's what I used to do years ago .

Happened to me occasionally before I got circumcised. It happens if your foreskin is loose, so that, as your dick grows, your foreskin doesn't get stretched, and ends up shorter, and, in the case of some guys I know, permanently retracted. If you can put up with it being "uncomfortable" while exposed, this feeling will soon pass as your head gets used to it, and then it won't be a problem to you, whether it rolls back or not.

My personal view: The scar is so ugly... would never even touch a circumcised dick.

I have been circumcized since I was six years old. It's true that as years progress to adulthood, the sensitivity of the exposed head diminishes. This maybe due to constant friction of the glands against clothing (underwear). It will take more stimulation to achieve pleasure for a circumcized penis.

I got circumcised way back then when I was 12.. My religion does not require me to be cut, but growing up in Indonesia which majority is muslim (I'm a chinese indonesian); somehow our family got influenced with some of their culture, and decided to be circumcised.. It's not a new thing and it's quite common to find a chinese indonesian to be cut.. 

 

But one thing I remember when I was a kid, I had this problem with smegma, cause I never cleaned up. (dont blame me, no one told me! and i was just a kid, i knew nothing.. lol) It was very itchy down below, and when I opened the skin, you know what's in there.. So I cleaned up with cotton and hot water.. Man, it took me like half an hour plus to get the whole thing clean.. 

 

But now since I'm cut, I no longer have that problem..

 

So uncut guys, do clean up! Regularly!

Actually I clean the head when I shower each time to make sure it's clean and also preventing the foreskin from getting tighter. (I had tight foreskin a long time ago.)

So I also feel for uncut guys, they need to clean the head often.

You don't need to be circumcised to be clean.

 

Generally just make sure everytime you bathe, retract the foreskin, wash and use the shower soap.

 

You can even scrub the retracted foreskin area gently with a bathing sponge (I usually go for the senstive skin type, because it's finer and softer).

IMHO, I think uncut will smell no matter how much you clean because urine and precum trap easily under the foreskin. Only issue would be how much it smell and whether there is Smegma. It takes a few days of not cleaning under the foreskin before it happen and that depend on how much precum had been trap underneath. If it reach to that stage than most likely it could also be rather itchy underneath.
