You need to wash it whenever you shower - fully retracted, round the rim, etc. AND THEN DRY IT before re-sheathing. I find if I don't, it's more likely to smell in time. Also, when you take a leak, retract the skin all the way so urine doesn't get trapped and after flicking off all you can and squeezing the urethra sufficiently, use a tissue to dab up if you have one handy. Every little bit helps, I reckon.

personally, i was never taught about pulling back to wash when i was young. Found that out in library books when in my late teen. First experience, I remember was so tight it hurt to even pull it down 1-2 millimeters. Than read it helps if done under warm water so used a pail. but could barely get it past also. im seriously considering going for circumcision. though my foreskin can retract exposing the full dick head, but it cant go beyond that. i saw that most uncut guys can retract till many cm beyond the full dick head. i think its caused by the frenulum too.

I had the same issue as you when I was your age. I think if we don't loosen it in our teens it becomes harder to pull it down. Sex became really painful for me and it was not something I enjoyed at all. I was left with little choice but to get it cut.

Three years later, I'm just glad and relieved I went for the op. I was scared at first of how my little brother would look different but now I'm screwing like nobody's business hahaha.
