You can try steroid creams to help with your issue. Can get that at any pharmacy or i can take a look for you at my clinic and prescribe those creams for you. However, ultimately circumcision is still the best solution. Many guys just enjoy sex much better after circumcision. Feel free to msg me if you have further questions.

I work in pharmacy..may need to be specific with steroid concentration. Because pharmacist may ask the puspose why ur purchasing the cream. Hence if your shy to tell the truth,better say the steroid percent strength,then infrom pharmacist that you have used it before to avoid further questioning.if u need help buying,i can help u. Just let me know.

I used to have the same issue as yours.

Fully retract my foreskin with erection was very tight and painful.

But I read that one has to keep retracting the foreskin regularly and slowly it will be fine.

That I tried and it worked ....but it took a while so have to have patience.

I didn't use any steroid cream...maybe that's why it took longer to get it fixed.

I know most will advice circumcision but it need not and should not be the only solution.

Just saw a young father at the swimming pool. Though his cut dick isn't very big, it makes up with a well shaped head and there is no remnant foreskin bunching up when he is soft. Perfect tight cut I suppose.

Similar situation as you. Made it painful to masturbate, and sometimes causing the skin to tear. 

If after naturally stretching it does not help, suggest you go to the doctor.

Was thinking about circumcision:

Pros:

Since my post I have gotten myself cut so I will answer my own questions lol. Take note that not everybody was cut the same way so everyone's experience is different. I was cut low and very tight. Most of the skin around the frenulum was also cut away so it's like a V shape on the underside.

 

The op itself - wasn't so expensive. and could go back to work 2 days after. Not so bad.

 

Itchy/swelling - no longer have problems with itch or swelling. My dick actually smells... fresh

 

Looks  - some good some bad. The scarline is obvious but its just below the glans so the visual effect isn't so jarring. As with any scar it isn't perfectly smooth but it's as good as it gets.

Because  I'm cut so tight, the scrotum gets pulled forwards, so part of my shaft is enveloped by my ballsac. Therefore I lost about 1.5cm of shaft length. I don't top but I suppose it would be annoying and difficult to top because I only have like 10cm of usable length left  Because of this my balls also no longer hang so low. And my shaft is now hairy all the way omg. The hairless part of the skin was cut away so the hairy bit was pulled forwards.

 

Pearly penile papules - my glans has since dried up and the skin on it became thick and rough- so the papules literally disappeared. Yay. 

 

Sensitivity - EVERYTHING CHANGES. I had a low cut so most of that sensitive inner foreskin save for 5-7mm is gone. So is that triangle of sensitive skin around the frenulum. So almost all the sensitive skin that gave me pleasure during masturbation is gone. The sensation is around 20-30% of what it used to be. 70-80% WORSE. Before being cut, the shaft did not give me any pleasure, and after the cut, it still doesn't. So that only bit of skin that i can stimulate is that 5mm strip of inner foreskin just below the dickhead. And only on the topside of my dick. So. Only 2 tiny square cm of area is sensitive.

 

It is so bad that my balls are now more sensitive than my dick. Masturbation without lube - practically impossible as full erections make the skin drum tight - no movement at all. Sometimes when I'm very horny the skin is so tight it aches. But all these means that it now takes forever to cum - which might work to your advantage if you have premature ejaculation. Orgasms feel the same but it is so much less pleasurable to reach there. Advantage? I can literally edge forever so there's more control. But I found myself masturbating a lot less simply because it was less pleasurable and more of a hassle.

 

Of course almost everybody is not cut as low and tight as I am. But this is something to take note of. If I were a top, or if sexual pleasure mattered to me, it would have been a disaster. For all that loss of sensitivity I did get achieve original objective of solving the itch/swelling problem and changing the appearance of my dick.

 

Don't do it if you don't have a good reason. And even if you do, ask the doc not to cut too low or too tight.

Mine is similar as yours. I got the steroid cream, stretch Few times a day for continuous a month or two, the foreskin will definitely loosen. Try not to stretch too hard as mine turned very red and gotta let it rest for a few days before I can continue stretching again. Slow and steady is the key. Now mine is very functional and can roll back 95% which I don’t bother stretching anymore for a long time. Before that, masturbating is less pleasurable. After exposing the whole head fully, ejaculation is so intense and sensitive! I can penetrate into my bf too and the feeling is so good that i cummed in a minute or two lol. He is uncut too and have no phimosis issue where I could unroll his dick in my mouth easily.

If you have a tight foreskin, to the point that you have less ability to enjoy (or even perform) sex then sure you would probably consider circumcision. From this photo, it appears that you have mild phimosis. Your foreskin is a bit tight especially when erect. It's not that bad. You can consider circumcision. Better to do it when you're young so you will have better healing and less scarring. But if you're not keen for the procedure, it's worth to try steroid creams and stretching it.
