I didn't know that it can be pulled down when I was young. I had experienced strangulation of my own dick that my head literally turn purplish. and I can't pull it up back. It was terribly tight. Luckily I managed to pull it up back eventually when my dick not tat hard. and I learn how to stretch from internet during shower. I put my two fingers inside the foreskin and stretch as much as I can with as much pain as I can tolerate. sometimes I forgot to do it in the shower, on and off for a period of times. I can pull it down now without that strangulation feelings. but still, I feel that it is still tight. I still struggle to pull it up back sometimes when it is dry and especially because I have a big mushroom head. I also noticed that over time with no practice stretching (like after more than ten years during the last stretching) I think the opening of the foreskin is beginning to tighten back. Tks I was tight initially but after doing the stretching exercise, it helps a lot lot lot. Or maybe my phimosis isn't super serious? I followed the steps on how to do it and applied the steroid cream to help quicken the process. My whole journey was about two months (can't rmb) and went lazy hah (regret it as I still have that little bit of tightness and no more steroid cream now) but at least the mushroom head is able to come out completely without pain albeit need to pull down a little harder. My bf will pull down and suck so I guess no major prob? I can guarantee the feeling of a fully exposed erected head thrusting inside him is so intensely sensitive and at the same time heavenly. The first time I entered into him, I cummed in 1min or less maybe lol. I was an inexperienced virgin at that time. However I still couldn't control very well now so maybe 3-5mins? Envy those who can do it for 30mins If you don't wish to cut it, you must stretch at least thrice a day without fail for a few months to see good results and to prevent the foreskin to tighten back. Using steroid cream without stretching is not going to work at all. If you're patient, don't even need steroid cream but the process will take longer - probably > 6months or even a year+. Just keep stretching daily and don't stop doing that. A lot of people no patience so they just snip off that highly precious sensitive foreskin. If you want, you could post a pic so I could see if the condition is same as my original phimosis. Hope your journey goes well and don't rush the process as you might tear yourself and have to rest a few days to let it heal before stretching again. I was circumcised during NS at 21... doctor did a high and tight cut but didn't remove the frenulum. THinking of removing it because the doctor left more skin on the underside, resulting in a "turkeyneck" frenulum area while the upperside is tight. When I pull my foreskin all the way down (to reveal the complete mushroom head), I always feel the frenulum (when you point your dick up, that under tissue which connect the glans to the shaft) gets really tight, sometimes I think it’s so tight it might break, though I am not sure if without foreskin this will help.
