Recently I have been going to Natureland for massage. It is indeed quite hard to find a good masseur so I'm still testing around but so far Valley Point branch is a no-go anymore as noise travels easily there, room to room or outside to room. But can go nude so it feels quite kinky sometimes.

Valley Point is nearer to you but as mentioned it is noisier imo. Try chijmes or Robertson Quay first!

I heard similar comment from other masseur too. Feel like zufu’s measures are not giving their customers the basic respect. Have stop going there... 

 

Anyone can PM and recommendation good massage shop. Best if they allow Nudity.

i used to visit Zufu every 2 weeks or so but i completely stopped going now.

heard them gossiping about clients, i.e. who made booking and asked for who, sort of asking the massuer if the client asked for happy ending.

 

only 2 massuers seems not to partake in this kind of conversation, ping ri and ah shen. the most talkative is ah long.

Totally agree on the fact that ZUFU nowadays cannot make it. I used to visit them once a week. Similar to some of your experiences, they openly discussed and making sarcastic remarks about their patrons.

 

Worst of all during my last visit, when I asked to break up my note so i can tip after the session, the bespectacled boy can actually comment to the masseur, "小鱼，小鱼", not once but a few times until I reply him "我知道你的意识"

 

This is horrible, even when Ah Dong was so popular in the outlet, he still stay humble most of the time. Pretty bad, this not only turn off, but will turn away patrons.

Was at Natureland Robertson on Thu afternoon and was served by a short young dude (looks late 20s) whose tag wrote IT. 

 

At the start he led me to the most left corner male treatment room and put everything up onto the shelf, including the towels and stuff. I then stripped everything off and laid down barebutted on the bed. Then he asked 你不穿內褲啊（aren't you wearing the underwear) I replied 不(no). From this he sounded PRC. So he put another towel over me and then began the pressing. At first he was too light but after the second movement he asked if the strength was adequate which I requested for a bit more, which he obliged. Thereafter the strokes were all tuina and non oil (he also didn't ask me - maybe it was because I changed it from a 90min to a 60min treatment?). He tried to cover as much as possible but I felt he spent too much time on my upper back when my main sore areas were lower back and thighs. Overall I could feel he was just going through the steps and ensuring the time passed without having to touch much of my legs. Luckily he did massage some sore ends of my upper thighs nearer the butt and the side hips otherwise I would have been quite more disappointed.

 

The bad thing about this room is that occasionally there is a loud machinery grinding noise so if you dislike noise pls request other rooms.

So randomly asked for a male Therapist and I got Ben, a lean, mature therapist. Not sure was it me being sensitive but I noticed the female receptionist somehow emphasised on the “male” therapist to her colleague when I requested for one. I was actually quite embarrassed when that happened. 

 

Anyway, I was led to the first room on the right of the entrance at level 2. The ambience I experienced didn’t quite justify for its name “spa”. The room is comparatively bright with much filtered light coming through undersized curtains although soothing music is played throughout. I was asked to put on the disposable undies so I obliged. However, the undies looks like the mesh-type (making it see-through) and wearing it somewhat makes me feel kinky lol.

 

When I requested for partial dry and oil-massage, Ben was a bit taken aback so I believe he only does oil massage. Massage turns out quite good as Ben certainly knows his routine well and is consistent in his pressure. Price is slightly on the high side.

Next time, you could call ahead and make an appointment to avoid the awkwardness. I did that before as I wanted to also request for the room with attached bathroom which is not in every room. I was told different masseurs specialise in dry / oil massages which was emphasised by the receptionist.  I did not get the undersized curtains but I agree with you on the ambiance. It's better in Emperor Spa.

I assume you are asking about Natureland Robertson Quay which is one level only. If I recall correctly, I was told there is only one room with attached bathroom which was why I booked ahead. Normally 6.30-ish. 

 

For Emperor Spa, I think all their rooms come with attached bathrooms or at least I always get one and found the room to be very spacious.

Too bad 90mins wasn't enough.

Yesterday, I went to City Square (SG)for a 1.5 hours massage. As my previous therapist was no longer there, I decided to try a new therapist who is in his late 20s, skinny guy, PRC. The massage started with 20 mins on my neck & shoulders, which I have to ask him to stop & continue with the rest of the body. Next, he spent 10 mins on my back which I realised he is really inexperienced & was afraid that he may end up injuring me. But the most bizarre thing is, when he proceeded to massage my butt, maybe because he did not know how to massage other areas of the body, he ended up massaging my butt for nearly an hour!  I did not stop him during the hour as I was thinking if he is so inexperience, where else can he massage!  Unfortunately, because he is pressing at all the wrong acupoints , I did not enjoy it at all.  This is a very weird & unpleasant experience & I will think twice about visiting the place again. Sigh....
