For options: 1)If you go through polyclinic, you will be referred to a govt hospital. Pros: cheaper, cons: very long waiting time. You will need to wait for an appointment. And then wait again for the procedure date. 2) Go through private GPs who does circumcision for adults. Pros: Here you can get appointments faster Cons: Might be a bit more pricier. Prices vary from different clinics depending on method of how they do the procedure. 3) Go to private urologist Pros: These guys are specialist in this field and very experienced with various methods available Cons: Even more pricier than private GPs. At the end of the day, do your research and go with the budget that suits you and the doctor that you're comfortable with. Feel free to msg me if you need more specific info on this topic. It will also help prevent problems of phimosis and minimise penile infections. If too difficult you can see your doctor to get some steroid cream to make it easier to pull back. It's a condition in which the foreskin gets trapped below the head. This condition is actually a medical emergency. When the skin gets trapped, the penis gets swollen, when the swelling grows, the skin gets more trapped and it becomes a vicious cycle. eventually if this continues, it may become so swollen that it stops the blood flow to the penis and this may cause death of the penis tissue in a worst case scenario. Hence it's a medical emergency. You're fortunate that your paraphimosis did not escalate to something worse.
