Dun cut....the sensation feeling is reduced. I agree with 7 Heaven. ..just snip the tip of your foreskin so it can be retracted.

If I'm not wrong mine's cut partially. It was done when I was P5 as a cultural thing but over the years I realised it was partial cause I still had some foreskin left. I could still jerk off dry with just the foreskin. When I'm hard I can pull the skin back, making it seem fully cut.

Nice leh. Can show me?

I used to have phimosis.

I would just like to tell everyone here. Almost all phimosis conditions can be corrected if you commit religiously to skin stretching exercises. Circumcision is almost always unnecessary.

Anyone got circumcised twice before?

Yes, me.  Not cut tight enough the first time, and as I got older it loosened up more.  Had it done again last year to tighten it up.

Will a second scar emerge with the second round of cutting?

No, because he took 1mm from the glans side of the scar, and 1.5cm from the shaft side, creating a new neater scar than was there before.

after the 1st 2 weeks of recovery period, critical period, did you all started wanking?
the stiches should start falling out by now....

maybe should use some desensitising/numbing cream at first? to due with the sensitivity?

I was bandaged for most of the first week and the stitches were painful for the second, so there wasn't the desire to wank.

I started from the middle of the 3rd week to wank as it was pretty painful before that.

The doc said I was healing well so he had most stitches removed at the end of the second week. (I had a mouth gag to bear the pain during the removal.)

My remaining stitches fell out (got loosened up) around 3rd/4th week in my case.

No stitch tunnels remained though.

If you give a tug and it hurts, it means the stitches aren't ready to be removed.

Wow Darkflame-san, did not realise you have actually had the procedure. Does your family know? Friends and colleagues, since it sounds like you were out of action for a bit?. Did you have it done in Japan? Korea?

Hehe, any pics?  :)

Sorry, all questions.

@darkflame: OMG! How cum your stitches removal turned into a scary movie? Sounded very painful!

Probably because the wound was still halfway healing, and I have low tolerance for pain in that area.

Quite some blood for the following week.

Did it in Korea as I trust the Korean doctors to do this better.

I think there are many beautiful cut dicks in the Dick thread on BW.

Was in Seoul for 10 days, but doctor recommended minimum of 5 days for post-op care.

No check up done locally.

No anaesthetics during stitch removal.

As I got older (50s now) my circumcision worked looser.  What I always liked was the feeling of tightness when I got erect - that there is no movement in my shaft skin.  So, I had it done again just for one reason, to tighten it up.  The doc. removed just around 1.6cm more foreskin to tighten up my shaft skin.

Getting it done in Korea was a good choice in my opinion.  I've met a few Korean guys (mainly at the Babylon Sauna in Bangkok), and without exception they had the neatest circumcisions.

Cut dicks are beautiful. That's why i did it without hesitation as an adult, even without the need to.

I would say they really did a good job in ensuring the scarline stays neat and not zigzag.

Noted.  I shall go for the tighter version the 1st time round to save on the surgical fees.

You can google 'circumcision Seoul' to find the doctor.

Since it is a sort of medical tourism, you will need to make an appointment.

Their procedure is more or less the same as circumcision at clinics around the world...

Did the doctor ask what is your reason of having a second procedure?

Yes, and, as I went to a specialist circumcision clinic in London, he was quite happy to do what I wanted :)

Is there a trend for circumcision?

Interesting question . . . . somewhere I read that in the UK its the fastest growing adult male elective surgery.  There are three or four clinics in London which seem to specialise in nothing else except circumcision.  I've also heard that in the US, where the procedure began to fall out of favour around 20 years ago, its on the increase again.  When I lived/worked in Bangkok (where traditionally they do not circumcise) there was a report from the Ministry of Health, quoted in the Bangkok Post, suggesting that Thai men should get circumcised for health reasons.  On the other hand, I heard that the trend in South Korea, which since the 1950s has had a very high circumcision rate, is now decreasing.  SO, difficult to say what the general trend is.  Anyone have any other thoughts on this?

As long as American porn or Xtube videos of hot Korean guys are popular, circumcision would be greatly desired.

Hope it will be legislated on all male babies

as for adults (the close to 70% uncircum as shown in this survey) - get stripped and then go for it too: the doc who is going to examine u (too bad, I m alrdy cut) shall be a handsome and young one, kekekekeke

Though reports claimed that:
Why is circumcision less beneficial for MSM? nevertheless, it s still good to get it cut

Many MSM are not only tops (the insertive partner) but also bottoms (that is, they also have receptive anal sex). Circumcision of the penis would not protect an HIV-negative man when he bottoms because HIV would enter the body through the anus or rectum, and not the foreskin of the penis. In addition, because the risk of transmission is so much higher when a man bottoms than when he tops, circumcision may not protect him even if he bottoms only occasionally.

While circumcision may provide some protection for gay men who only top, the degree of protection (if any) has yet to be determined.
