I started from the middle of the 3rd week to wank as it was pretty painful before that. The doc said I was healing well so he had most stitches removed at the end of the second week. (I had a mouth gag to bear the pain during the removal.) My remaining stitches fell out (got loosened up) around 3rd/4th week in my case. No stitch tunnels remained though.
