This is true.  I work in the Philippines, and have quite a lot of experience of the guys here.  The free circumcisions which are done around Easter time usually can be very untidy, leaving a lot of loose skin underneath.  I've met other Filipinos who were cut in hospital, and their circumcisions are quite "normal", and similar to those done in other countries, Malaysia for example.

I remember a couple years ago, i was invited by a co-worker whom I got along very well with, to celebrate his newborn son. Yes I agree, the circumcisions done in Filipino villages are ugly. A lot of them leave a piece of skin behind their dicks, I dunno why.

 

South Korean circumcisions are much nicer looking and also those done in Singapore also okay.

Restoration is possible if you want to grow your foreskin back...but you can not regrow nerve endings. If you're cut, you can restore. The best device is a device called the DTR.  It can take up to a few years to fully restore, depending on how tight you were cut.

Mine was done at age ard 23-25. Cant remember. I have no issue with my foreskin back then, as we have checkup during school days and never did the docs mention that i need to go for the ops. But when erected, i feel that my foreskin was tight and uncomfortable, also becos i kind of prefer the look of a circumise cock, so i make up my mind then and went alone to a clinic at yishun for the ops. The process are hard to explain, but will never forget it. My didi rested abt 2 weeks, only use it for urine, other then that nothing elelse. follow doc instruction on how to clean the wounds daily to make sure it does not get infection.

Went back to see doc after 2 weeks and got a praise from him that i had taken good care of it, after healing period, doc unwrap the bandage, and my didi got a new look. Never will i forget the thrill during that moment of having to see my cock head expose without the need to roll back my foreskin anymore.

Till now, been many yrs and i am glad that i did go for circumise.
