Review of Residences Saladaeng Spa:

- Very nicely decorated space, it occupies a few entire levels of a small building. Rooms are quaint and cozy.

- Website has clear and nice pics of masseurs (I was served by Lhin; I would say he did look better in the photos but he was good looking irl too. Of course the pics present the masseurs in their best light, but while I was there I saw a few other masseurs and they were truly muscular and good looking too.)

- Booking is fairly easy via Line, full payment required to reserve slot (minus some points for putting up the schedules of the masseurs on the website but it's inaccurate lol)

Review of masseur Lhin:

- I asked for normal pressure at the start and I think he observed it well.

- He provided a great sensual massage and ramped up the intensity at a pleasurable pace (he also sought my consent and checked if I was in pain regularly).

- Even after the fun part concluded he continued with the massage which was nice hahaha.

I'm excited to return and try out the other masseurs... theres quite a few masseurs here that catch my eye 🫣

I went through their entire website and could not find their address😂

Lhin is cute.  Did he strip naked during the fun part and how much tips he asked for?

Did you use their spa and what do you think about it?

Do they accept walk ins?

Thanks.

They are located at YJA Building!

Lhin did get naked with me but I don't think I can say on his behalf that he will do so with everyone 🤣 it's still up to them after all

Tips start from a mandatory minimum of 500 baht; from my understanding this is separate from whatever other additional service you wish for the masseur to provide, and different masseurs may have different rates.

No I didn't use their spa haha

Hmm I'm not sure if they accept walk ins, can ask them over Line I guess? https://t.co/Cn74O77Bku

Any other gay hotels around Silom that are decent and not The Quarter?

I've stayed there twice now and it's getting a bit tired and the breakfast standard has also dropped.

Looking at going August.

Ibis Silom

You just described Furama Xclusive @ Sathorn.

I stayed in February, the room was 80's and the breakfast was below average.

So I stayed at a Furama year ago and got bed bug bites all over me, it was so awful. Never again.

hmm, assuming you are SG and planning to leverage the National Day long weekend, I suggest you quickly book flight and hotels cuz prices are rising every day.

As a general rule, stay at the big chain hotels under the groups (Marriott, Accor, Hilton etc). There's a certain standard and cleanliness that they will maintain. Smaller hotels are a hit and miss but can't go wrong if it's less than 2 years since they opened.

But the big question which wasn't addressed in your ask: Budget and what's important to you (walkable to BTS or Sauna or GOD)? This will clearly narrow down your options and what other ppl might recommend.

Just keep your apps open

The gym and pool did not feel cruisy to me, plus there is no locker room, so there is no privacy.

You can alway sit near the entrance and make eyes at the dishes who come in
