repressednerd Posted January 13 Report Share Posted January 13 Went to Kallang Basin sometime in the last quarter and noticed that only half of the competition pool is available for general public so you don't get to swim the entire full length of the pool anymore. When that would happen is still unknown. If that happens before the new Toa Payoh Sports Hub is opened, then the other pools will even be more crowded. Right now it's insanely packed at Geylang East pool as they close half the competition pool at 7pm for waterpolo training and on some days the entire competition pool can't be used as the other half is also allocated to those people doing water aerobics.
