Get a swim coach who has a certified NROC (National registry of coaches) licence to coach you. These coaches go through rigorous courses over 2 years and have to sit through exams which are not easy to pass. The also have to keep themselves updated with current courses to keep their licence. Then you know that you are getting a legit coach. Go to the public pools and you will see coaches there. Only licenced coaches are allowed to teach in public pools. If I wanna continue using a pair that's starting to fog up ... i fill both eye cups with a bit of water before putting it on.
