hi guys i plan to go tanning later at around 10am onwards at either activesg at bedok or the one at tampines hub which do u guys recommend? 😕 i live in tampines but when i went to oth one last week the outdoor pool was closed dont know about the situation now. but when i went to the bedok one theres no tanning chairs but sun is good

I wanted to check out the outdoor pool at Tampines but luckily I read your post. Otherwise, I may have made a wasteful trip there.

which day did you go to the OTH one? theyre closed every tuesday for maintenance, and i hvnt heard any new abt them closing for the time being so it mightve js been tht unluckily you went on a maintenance day

oh yea i went to the heartbeat one a few days ago but no tanning chairs 😭 had to tan in the jacuzzi lmao the lifeguard was looking at me weird

Lifeguard just wanna make sure all is well ba. Continue tanning. Don’t get distracted by curious (or caring) stares, until he comes and tells you that you can’t tan there. Haha

If I not wrong most ActiveSG pools now don’t have tanning chairs, probably their guidelines about tanning not being healthy ?  So only Safra pools still have tanning chairs beside private pools. Also as long as it’s not skimpy trunks, Speedo style triangular are still good. I have seen many occasion where alone person or maybe few tanning just on the floor beside pools. Some on their own towel. As long as not obstructing, don’t see lifeguards stopping them.

i also dont know 😭 cause from the first time i went i seriously got stares like i saw their eyes go down and especially strange if its those old grandmas and children. but i did exchange stares with hot and tanned korkors who were also wearing trunks too hehe.
