 On Sunday I went to Katong Pool to shower after my 5km run from ECP sailing club to end of Fort Road and walked back to my car at Fort Road carpark and drive to Katong Pool to tan and swim. As I reached there about 10.30am nice weather to catch my tan

Trust you on that as I also encountered or rather the swimmer told me to have a closer and careful look at his trunks. His was translucent in front but really had to look very closely in order to notice.

@bluerunner the one I met was well shaved. He’s an old timer regulars whom we used to bump into at the pool. Most of them don’t come anymore. I have changed location and the ‘newbie’ swimmers I meet now, surprisingly, mostly are shaved. Even among the seniors, going about without much care and obviously very comfortable showing off their well shaved/waxed status. 😜 

 

Today looks like a gloomy day, doubt will get a chance to swim. 😔

@bluerunner seems to be clearing up. Cloudy or even light rain is fine. The thundery shower which would be a hassle, always having to decide to go or not to go. Lots of time by the time there, barely doing few laps and got called out. Then the waiting game another issue. As I normally use locker so if I get called out. I have to sit out the thunderstorm likely half hour in just my trunks and can be rather chilly. Worst is when time almost up it started to thunder again and than I realize waited in vain and have to get dress and leave. 

Yes the common sightings is heartwarming especially when they are so casual with it. Likewise for the others in the room, no one seems to care. A good sign.
